I don't know, I guess sometimes when I read my own work I cringe
and I just want to run away and hide and I just think it's bad

Whoa, you raised a lot of issues there.
Okay lets see, Jared liked Alexis and she knew that. That's why she's obsessing so much over his disappearance. In chapter four, I briefly went into their complicated relationship but in a sort of roundabout way. Just before she meets Uriah in her dream she was actually with Jared and her friends in the student lounge. So that whole scene was part dream and part reality and that's why when she walks into the cafeteria on Monday her friends say she ditched them but of course in her confused state she doesn't actually connect the dots. In that scene when she's at the rooftop she says she doesn't really like guys like Jared since they tend to think friendship means more. But in the following chapter when she learns Jared's gone, she can't help but feel a little sentimental.
Arianna and Ralph were an item once upon a time but they've remained close. She's just as confused as Jared is about the whole thing but I wouldn't so much as call it being in love with Jared. When she asks "what does she have that I don't" its purely curiosity on her part since in Jared's eyes Alexis can do no wrong.
I haven't really thought much about how Arianna, Ivan and Ralph became vampires. I didn't want to get sidetracked too much on their storyline, but you've given me food for thought and their story will be told, but not right now.
And I'm glad I didn't cause you any embarrassment with the nude scene.

I think you and Alexis will have to have a wrestling match and the last woman standing will get to keep him ;D All my male sims have been used at some point in my stories, I just touch them up a little to make them look slightly different.
