Hmmm, so now we know what happened. Abby has every right to be upset, angry, down right pissed off but at the same time, criminals can be very convincing sometimes. If they had law enforcement fooled, then it was something that can't be helped. Hartman could have called it in but that situation could have easily turned and everyone would have ended up dead.
AH! Her feelings came out through anger! Damn! At least he knows now!
Hopefully Abby won't stay mad for long and Hartman will be able to fix this. I really like the idea of these two plus Gabby.

She definitely does have the right to be upset, angry and every other emotion that she feels right now, but she is too overwhelmed with the situation to see it from Hartman's perspective...let alone to see how it had torn him up inside.

Criminals are tricky, especially the ones that are supposed to protect you but have other plans on the side. She will come to understand this in time...but for right now she feels she needs to be mad.

She definitely wasn't thinking when she was speaking and was speaking from the heart and it all flowed out before she could stop herself...he does know how she feels...so hopefully if that love indeed is true she will come to understand.

I can't imagine how it feels to find out the man you're falling in love with is the one whose mistake lead to your parents deaths. (Well, Abby just showed me! lol!)

I have to say that my heart just broke for Hartman. He must've been beating himself up all this time, and now Abby just made his guilt consume him completely.

I hope, in time, she can come to forgive him & help him forgive himself.

Oh man, oh my gawd, oh dear. My heart breaks for these two.

Poor Abby, I can understand and appreciate her anger, but if the criminals are as clever as Hartman says they are, he and Abby's parents didn't stand a chance.

For Hartman it's such a terrible thing to be responsible for and for Abby it's a horrible thing to be going through.

And now that the case has been compromised Abby has to go. Talk about bad timing for the two of them, their feelings for each other have to be put on a backburner while Hartman finds these scumbags I hope he does catch them and that he and Abby work things out. But it looks like it will a while yet before Abby can stand being in the same room as him.

Such an emotional chapter! But great as always.

I am so far beyond irritated right now! I loaded up my game and went to load my family for Clandestine and my game kept crashing. So I loaded it up and tried the Legacy file and that loaded fine. So apparently my Clandestine family file has been completely borked.

So then I go and try to load it up on the old computer...same thing. I even tried loading a backup I made before I transferred the files over to the new computer...those didn't work either

I thought I had the family in my bin...but go figure they aren't there. So I am going to have to cancel Clandestine...until I can figure something out, if I can do anything at all that is. I would try to recreate the characters...but afraid I might not be able to make them exact.

At this point I am thankful that I at least have my legacy file in tact, and at the same time I am cussing my computer out
