I hate having to travel like that to go to appointments. My sister had to travel for 7 or 8 hours each way, three days per week for over a year to go to appointments for treatment for her skin condition, and now that she's pregnant again she may have to do that all over again. She's worried about getting the swine flu with all the traveling like that, since she catches everything due to her open skin and cannot get the vaccination due to allergy to egg - why on earth do they put egg in vaccinations!?!

Anyways, good luck with your appointments. Hopefully everything will all go well.

Thanks Jill! Yeah, this crap always happens to me. Now, on top of it, it's a rainy, crappy day here and I hate driving on the interstate in the rain! lol

Well, my shower's done, my hair looks half decent, and now I have to put on my shoes and get out the door.

I hope I have the chance to play with my simmies some more! This last segement of my homeless simselves challenge is turning out to be more than one more segment long. I've already snapped over seventy pics! Sure can't put that many into one post.

Actually, Jo, your post was made at 4:54pm, my time.

I was STILL at the doctor's office, even though my appointment was at 2:45pm. I didn't even see the doctor I was supposed to see because he had an emergency surgery to do, so I saw someone completely new and unknown to me.

No new news. It's the same ol' same ol'.

Too true, Jill! The homeless simselves were lots of fun, but now they are housed! I think I'm going to continue to play them for a while and give reports.

Well, it's time to bring this up again. I will be going to bed early tonight, because I have to get up and take my mom to the dentist to see about having new dentures made. The place is a ways away, so I have to leave the house by 7:00am or a little before... Ack! lol

Tomorrow, I have another eye doctor apointment, which is an hour away from here, but at least it's afternoon, so I can catch up on some sleep before I go.

The day after that, I have to take my mom back to the ear doctor. *sigh* It's going to be one of those weeks. lol

How often do you have to see your specilist, every 2 months? It seems quite often. I'm lucky, I only see my Nuro once a year. Use to be on my old med, I had to have a blood test done every 6 months ugg, but I don't need any on this!
