Oh boy, Rolene! We get to see her again huh? Yikes. I don't see this being good for Alexis and Uriah! She seemed to me like she wasn't over him!
I hope Raven doesn't hold that against Dru. It's not like she is a dark witch by choice.

Qui, Yes, you are such a perv It will happen, but once all the dust settles. At the rate he's going though I think he'll marry her first. But you put it perfectly, she is testing him, and I kind of like this new side to Alexis. She keeps surprising me. Like I'll write something around her, and I'll have a RL reaction like "did she really say that? did she really do that?" crazy right, considering I created her. Yep, we see Rolene, in the next update. I was hoping the next one you'll be in it, but I had to split .41, otherwise it would have been so long. But don't you worry, your cameo is coming up Ch. 42 will be up tomorrow if all goes well, and all your questions will be answered then Karima, no, he won't hold off for long. It seems he's created a little temptress when he awakened her with their first kiss. - Exactly! Their connection runs much deeper and she knew it was a hoax. I love this new side of her too! She is showing us Uriah's strength and ability to stay focused and in a way, you see how far she has come from being a young woman with dreams she thinks is real to a woman with a good grasp on the life she has and what she wants...even though she still doesn't know what a twin-flame is lol |

Qui, LOL, worries you why? No, Xaphan's still gathering his army for the big battle, so you won't be his 'meat suit', though I kind of like the idea. If only I had Daijahv's simself, she'd be his suit. LOL. She loves all things evil. I can't wait for pervy prompts *does happy dance* The marriage bit is still a long way off, which means it might be a very long time before they do the deed already That's so true, she's come a long way since her trances, and the "voices", she's more confident, and surer of everyone and the world around her... Naughty Qui - do your schoolwork! (ok, that was my offiical, proper response. I'm pretty sure I'm not strong enough to give it twice! lol!)
The time is TO right! I SWEAR it is!!!! DO it! Do it, I say! lol!
This was a great update - you really nailed all the emotions of a group gearing up for battle. I always love to see Uriah and Alexis together, to see their tenderness together; as well as Alexis' growing passions! Yummy!
I hope her reunion goes well - I think it's exactly what all 3 girls need! Super=psyched about the twin flame hint!!!

*I saw your note in the story alert thread - I feel that way about every single thing I put out there too, but this was:
I completely forgot to mention the actual clockwork heart - the very thing I named the story after. I was so upset about it all this time. I had it in my head so strongly, that I never realized that it didn't make the paper! What a bonehead, huh?
Even though no one will probably go back and look, I feel better that I fixed it. I can live with the usual regrets, but this was like the biggest blunder I ever made! The woes of being a writer, huh? lol!

Jilly & Val, I've wanted to go back and re-do them all too. Especially when I realized Ramone was getting too much air time and the racial issues wasn't! I guess that's the writer's ultimate test, to see if we can make our personal mountains into molehills. You got the twin-flame hint Jill? Val isn't going to tell but she never said I couldn't ask you  . Was that a "she'll find out in 42" hint or something else? |

Both your works are incredible and I'm glad to be here, surrounded by so much talent....OKay, enough with the praise fest Jill, naughty you, promoting premarital sex. LOL. Kidding. I know what you mean. I wish they'd just do it already. I hope Uriah doesn't have performance anxiety when it does finally happen since they've both been wanting it for so long. Thank you. I try I'm so afraid about the battle, whether I'll pull it off or what. I love these two, it's like when I look back to where they come from, to where they are now, I feel like a proud mama, especially where Alexis is concerned. And Qui, .42 is almost done, just a few more shots, so it will be up when you wake up, hopefully ;D |
