Ah man, and I got so excited when I saw a "new" sticky on this thread. I thought there's an update.
I hope you get everything sorted, and you find all your simmies. I bet when you return from Hiatus it will be full of AWESOMENESS as usual.

Awww you guys...  Anyway, I'm back up and running, cc is back where it belongs, and after I read everyones updates this morning, it's back to set building for me. I hope to have everything rebuilt in a week or two at the latest, but RL often has other plans for me. Thanks to everyone who re-supplied their sims. It looks like the only casualty is Rita. I can't find her anywhere. If someone would like to take a shot at remaking her, I'd be forever grateful. (I still have her outfit, so it's just the sim I need) Rita: Sorry I couldn't find a profile pic! Traits, etc don't matter, because I can reset them in CAS. Thanks again for your help, patience, and encouragement! |

I do have it, and was planning on having some simbots drive them around. Alas, I lost all my simbots, so THAT sucks!

I'm hoping so, cuz I sure don't want to wait until I'm able to build them again!
With me having this nasty flu, I've lost about a week of rebuilding time. I hope to get back to it this weekend. Like I said, RL always has other plans for me...

These are AWESOME & will save me LOADS of time! I've only got one more building in one more town to place, (plus MAJOR renovations to Tal's house - yuck!) and then I have to commence skilling to get everyone up to where they were. If I stick with this, I could have everything in order for some ch 8 action late this weekend??? *crosses fingers

Well hopefully I'll get some time to fool with it tonight & get everyone's skills back up. No fun having a great inventor that can't hold a wrench! Lol!
Does this make vampires, too? And what about ghosts? Can it turn them real or make real sims ghosts?

Yep! It's how I switch Zoe's mom back and forth. That's "Options", "Death", "Add um...crap I forgot..." anyway there are only 3 options under "Death" that's "kill by", "die immediately" and the third one that adds the appearance of any in game ghost, "mummy", "meteor", "immolation", "vampiric" etc. To remove the ghostly appearance, choose the "deghostify" option.
Now as far as making them vampires, nothing that I have found. But you can use "testingcheatsenabled true" add a vampire around town to your house or change your relationship with them to make them turn you and once the teeth icon is on your bar just shift+click it to skip the 3 day process, instant vampire.
