I have a class at 6 and I am going to go work out before hand! I will totally read this either....
a.) When I get out of class tonight

b.) In the morning before I go to work.

 I have read this,but I am very, very tired! ~ I'll be back..........................  ~Jilly!! ~ ~ Talson is oh so puzzled by Tessa,only natural when she is displaying things that a machine should not & can not do?  ?? ~ P T suggesting to turn her programing off,has deeply upset Talson,but it is the logical thing to do,to find out if it is programing or what came out of the jar!?It also scared poor Tessa! ~ I love little Vid,he has fallen in love with Tessa,he does not see her as a robot but a person,someone he cares about! ~ Poor Guy,his discovering,'Toothpick' has opened up a lot of questions for him,but first he is going to have to find her a new nickname!Her old one just does not suit her anymore! He is going to be upset when he wakes up in his bed,just lets hope she does not wake-up first! ~ I love all the twists & turns in this,& the way you artfully put it altogether,so seamlessly! ~ Love it Jilly!MORE PRETTY PLEASE!lol!(",)

You know I love this. I loved hearing more about Sabine's work. All those pictures you use of the Steam Punk stuff are awesome! LOL@ Vid's little crush on Tessa. It was a cute touch. I don't want to say too much, but i think the argument between Talson and PT is very telling. You see more of Talson the man, then just Talson the scientist. He is starting to consider things in not just black and white. His reluctance to tamper with Tessa when she seems to be in a vulnerable state is very telling. I love how you showed that memories, even ones we try to bury can resurface with the right catalyst. The song bringing talson right back to his past with his little sister. He must have such strong emotions, be they guilt, hurt or something else, to feel he needs to bury them so deep. There's my Guy  I am excited for his story line to be revealed. Who is he really working for? Who is this mysterious Jay and why is his sister dancing in Arlo's club and isn't it interesting his reaction to her. I CAN"T WAIT!!!! |

Guy's story is very catching. I am drawn to see what happens with it.
Vid having a crush on Tessa is so cute! I hope that Talson doesn't go through with the deprograming it might break Vid's heart...plus I like her human like side. |

I just started reading this story as it was the next one on my to read list after I got all caught up with what I was reading, This story is beautifully written, so much detail and very different for anything I had read thus far! The characters are so vivid I feel like I know them almost on a personal level. I am already loving Talson, he's a bit of a hermit much like me I suppose! Excellent job, off to read more! |

Thanks for the kind words, everyone! I've never written anything like this before - I wanted to push myself to do something new and different. (but of course I still managed to work my beloved vamps in there!)
I'm glad you're all enjoying this, and I hope I don't disappoint!
Ch 7 will be up soon-ish, and it's almost all Talson & Tessa. He was pretty upset where we left him! You'll have to wait for ch 8 to see who the wake-up call goes for Guy & the Toothpick!

Puffing in ~ You know I always read these straight away. Had a few headache days again. Drats, I wonder what karima was thinking?!  I love how I never know what the next chapter will contain. Writing something different is paying off Jilly. Poor Tessa, I hope she doesn't lose any of her programming. I don't think they will find anything ~my thery is her emotions are coming from the time she held that jar. Little Vid is cute. That was sad with Talsons memory of his sister. I'm kind of hoping maybe he will get to go back and fix things. Oh and that girl, I nearly forgot to mention her. Vampire teeth? I wonder what will happen when she wakes up lol. |

Yes, Toothpick is a Darkling. As is Guy. Pretty much everyone in that side story will be.

I'm going to give you guys a massive spoiler - don't look if you want to be surprised...
Holley has written the scene where they wake up.
That should give you some idea of what's to come! But..this won't happen until the begining of ch 8. |
