I haven't used the installer to install stuff in ages. Search MTS for programs. I always use Delphy's (I think) Sims3Pack multi-installer to convert sims3packs into package files and then I just put them in my mods/packages folder. It works like a charm for me.

What do you mean I didn't answer your question? I believe I did by telling you what I use and how I install stuff...lol It's called the multi-sims3pack installer, so if that's what you saw, then that's what I meant. The thing you circled already answered your question about using the installer.

I find it easy. You just have to make sure that all the sims3packs you want to install are inside a folder. Then you open the program and choose the folder they are in. Then you choose the folder you want them in (it can be the same folder if you want), and then click the 'extract' button. If it is a single sims3pack file, meaning only one thing is inside it, it will give it a proper name. If more than one thing is packed into the Sims3Pack file, then they will each get long strings of numbers for names. When something is a set with more than one in it, I just extract to a folder with name of the set, and then I put that folder inside my mods/pacakages folder. Inside my mods/packages folder, I have subfolders for hair, clothes, etc. There is a sims 3 store folder with sub folders inside that for the different sets, etc from the store. That's as deep, I think, as the game will see the stuff. At least it keeps my stuff fairly organized the way I like it.
