Weird thing with my game.

Nope. SOME came with the base too because the very first sim I ever made had platinum blonde hair and it was in the custom bin. There was also that hair that looks just like Nina Caliente's hair, only it is burgundy with different colored streaks in it. Those are besides the hair that Jo mentioned above.

Some more, funkier ones DID come with uni too, though.

I distinctly remember it being grayed out. Maybe there was a problem from the start.

I'm with Holley - I was certain I remembered that being grayed out as well. I remember thinking it was for sims you downloaded that had cc hair. I figured it would stay gray until I downloaded some. I had actually typed that earlier, but took it back out before I posted it, because I thought I must've been wrong! Lol!

Maybe there was a problem from the start for some folks because, for sure, there were some CC hairstyles from EAxis in the base game. There's no way I could have used/seen that platinum blond and the streaked Nina hair if it wasn't there...lol.

I actually used it, so I know I didn't dream it. I wish I had another computer here without the game on it so I could install the game and have a look...lol. But... ah well, them's da breaks!

Maybe the hairs were an early bonus or some special thing. I'm pretty sure I had some right from the base game too.
