Well I finally got around to uploading Fuzzy's Simself and the custom hair is not there  I also posted about some missing collections folders. I am really starting to wonder if i should go no CC again. the only problem is i have this little challenge and story going on... |

Taking out the CC won't help those problems, at least not the hair one because I tried that already. I don't know what the deal is with this stupid game sometimes. So... your EAxis CC hair is gon now too?  |

Yeah, no Eaxis CC hair. Maybe it's the crack? We should ask Jill if she still has them? Or Jo even.

Nope, it's not the crack either. It happened to me before I ever had a crack. As a matter of fact, it happened with ONLY the base game installed and nothing else. It made me think my disc had gone corrupt and so I installed The Sims 2 Delux and had the same thing happen... Jo has the crack too now. Well, that is why I made this thread... to find out if anyone else had the same problem. Until you, no one else did. |

No...you are still not getting me! Quite some time ago I noticed the problem with the missing hair. I UNinstalled ALL my games and then reinstalled JUST the base game. Then I ran the game to see if the hair was back. It was NOT. It was just GONE, even with NOTHING but the base game installed... CLEAN, without anything but what the game installed on my computer! Then I thought maybe my disc was corrupt so.. I installed Harley's copy of Deluxe on my computer. The hair was back! Then I thought, for sure, my disc was messed up. But.... time passed and I ended up having to get a new computer....etc. I reinstalled the games with Deluxe and next thing I knew, the hair was missing... again!  But you know what? I'm really not going to worry too much about that hair because I never used it anyway and if nothing else broken... I'll live with it. Unless I somehow run across a solution along the way somewhere. |

There is Fuzzy's purple hair, then there is a mohalk and a couple of other short hairs, and a slightly longer one. Like the blue guy at Uni, and a green one, most the others are kind of stripey. They came with the base game under the asterisk.

I thought they didn't come until University. The reason I say that is because I remember looking at the CC icon when I first installed Sims 2 and thinking "What's Custom Hair?"
I remember clearly, because when Uni came out the Custom Hair Icon wasn't grayed out anymore. So I am Pretty sure the Custom Hair came with Uni not the Base Game.
