Moving Day!
Before there were simselves, Simselvania was a quiet, sleepy little rural village that was built up around the Simselvania River. At least it was until the celebrities moved into town.
From left to right, meet Charlie Sheen, Adam Lambert, and Darren Hayes. Adam dreams of becoming a rock star, while sweet, good Darren merely wants to be super POP!ular and have twenty friends. Charlie's intentions, on the other hand, are not so innocent. His fondest wish is to be a heart breaker and have ten girlfriends under his belt.
Not long after arriving to town, Darren decided he wanted to be a cop, while Charlie went into the journalism field. Adam, of course, began to pursue his dream of becoming a rock star.
However, after a few weeks, Charlie found it necessary to quit his job to pursue his REAL passion: Women!
His first girlfriend was none other than his boss, Hanna Jones:
Charlie began dating her before he quit his job, asking her to divorce her husband to become his steady girl. Needless to say, her ex became his enemy. She was very upset when Charlie broke up with her shortly after and Charlie was sad to have lost her as a friend. Charlie, however, sucked up to her at work for the next several days and soon she forgave him and they became friends again.
The very day Charlie broke up with Hanna, he asked Lorraine Cantina if she'd be his girl:
Of course she said yes. Who could resist Charlie's smooth-talking ways? A day later, Charlie was bidding Lorraine goodbye. It was just well since, although being charismatic, she was also and snob. No sooner had she slammed the door in his face, it was opened again by Lorraine's roommate, Roxie Lin, who was a flirty grump with commitment issues.
Needless to say, their relationship quickly fell by the wayside and Charlie was on the prowl for girlfriend #4. Cherry Kanta was her name. Charlie never bothered to learn very much about his conquests before snagging them, woohooing them, and then dumping them, so he didn't find out that Cherry was neurotic and over-emotional until he decided to break up with her. And boy did he find out!
Poor Charlie feared he would not survive that breakup...lol!
Charlie's fifth girlfriend was a local chick by the name of Rhoda Bagley. The name suits her very well, since her occupation is a bagwoman in the criminal career...lol! Charlie wooed her and then woohooed her as well. Right after 'bagging' Rhoda Bagley, Charlie decided it was time to send her packing and move on to the next woman. Rhoda was none too happy about that either:
"Are you crazy?" she spat vehemently. "Charlie Sheen, you will pay dearly for this!" she screeched at his back as he shrugged and walked nonchalantly out the door.
The commotion woke dear, sweet Darren from his nap and we went to see what all the ruckus was about. (These next few scenes happen completely autonomously, without any input from the 'director'...lol. I found it rather touching and sweet.)
Darren walked into Charlie's room to find yet another broken-hearted female standing there, shaking and sobbing softly. He quietly asked her what the problem was even though he already knew.
That BUM, she screeched and sniffed, broke up with me before the sheets even got cold!"
Darren's blue eyes were filled with understanding and pity as he listened to her ramble on for several moments before responding.
"There, there now", he said softly. "If you keep crying that way, you'll have to wear cucumber goggles to get the puffiness to go down."
"Oh my, you are just the sweetest man!" she cried as she threw herself into his arms.
All Darren could do was just hold her and let her cry it out for a while.
Once the girl had calmed down a bit, Darren stayed and chatted with her for a while and learned that she is a hot-headed kleptomaniac. Darren wondered what the hell was wrong with Charlie to treat all these young women the way he did. The girl thought Darren was very sweet and understanding and rewarded him with his very first (and only so far) kiss before leaving.
Darren went down to the kitchen and found Adam at the table. He grabbed some juice and sat down.
He told his friend what had just happened and Adam just shook his head sadly. He also knew of Charlie's antics and just couldn't understand it. All Adam really wanted was to become a rock star and tend to his growing garden. He could not understand the need for a man to leave so many broken hearts in his wake. He found solace in tending his vegetables, so he headed outside to get some gardening done before having to go the theater that night.
This is Adam's pride a joy. Aside from entertaining the masses, he enjoyed his garden more than anything else. He was often out before dawn and would stop to watch the sun begin to rise high above the house the three men shared.
Darren, on the other hand, enjoyed spending his spare time making beautiful paintings to be enjoyed.
He is a kind, good sim who loves to help others. That's why he joined the police force. Several times offers came in for him to quit and begin work at the hospital, but he turned them down. Finally, they offered him a position that would give him a chance to help people even more than being a cop would, so he graciously accepted the opportunity.
Another great pastime of his is playing the guitar. Oftentimes, you'll see him outside the hospital entrance, strumming a little tune:
Meanwhile, Charlie continued with is 'pursuit of happiness'. He paid a visit to Constance Shelly. She was a freelance writer and a former co-worker of his. She was a bookworm and not much too look at, but she was a female and was breathing, so she was definitely on Charlie's radar.
Though Charlie found out she was single when he asked, the woman was slow to warm up to up to him, so they merely chatted a while and Charlie left. Though they had only become closer as friends, he did not write her off as being a future possibilty as he set his sights on his next target:
"Why don't you come inside for a while?" Charlie whispered seductively into Iris Vasquez's ear. The fact that she was a married woman did not matter to him. He decided to use his charms on her until he made her his.
Iris felt guilty about cheating on her husband, but she found herself unable to resist his advances, especially when he gave her the most amazing massage she had ever had.
Soon, she found herself in his bed and agreeing to divorce her husband for him. She became the sixth girlfriend of Charlie Sheen.
A couple of days later, Charlie finally got Constance Shelly to come over for visit. She dropped by on her way home from work and was looking even less attractive than usual, but that didn't stop Charlie from continuing his quest.
She was lending him a sympathic ear when the doorbell rang and Charlie rushed to answer it. It was Iris! Charlie quickly stepped outside to chat with her, thinking about how horrible her timing was.She was very insistant and wanted to come in, so Charlie broke up with her on the spot.
Irise was appalled, to say the least. She could not believe that Charlie did this to her, after she had divorced her husband and everything! She slapped his face, hard, and then hurried away, humiliated and regretful while Charlie just shrugged and went back inside.
Now that he was rid of Iris, he was free to ask Constance to go steady. (Bummer I forgot to take pictures..lol) She said yes! After several attempts to talk her into going upstairs to woohoo and being turned down, Charilie got frustrated and told her to hit the road! She angrily stalked out while Charlie breathed a sigh of relief. Since he had commitment issues, he was always relieved to break up with a girlfriend, even it though it saddened him to lose a friend. This time, he was especially relieved. He had no desire to be saddled with such a cold fish as Constance Shelly. She did, however, last long enough to be considered girlfriend number seven.
There was another co-worker with whom Charlie had developed a long-standing friendship. Hot on the heals of his breakup with Constance, he rushed over to her house for a visit. Soon, things went from warm to hot after having a few drinks and he found himself in bed with her:
*cringe* Desperate much, Charlie? *shiver* *gag*
Charlie left Ma Bagley's house, feeling a bit strange by the evening's occurrences, especially now that he had asked an elder to be his eighth girlfriend. He decided it was time to force himself himself to forget... somehow.
He thought that spending some time at his favorite fishing hole may do the trick, but he was wrong.
The next morning, he decided to put the moves on the sexy maid who came to clean on odd days between Henry's shifts.
Charlie began his usual schmoozing dialog and before long, he knew that Jane Dotner would soon be eating out of his hand. She was a very reception little pigeon and seemed as anxious to be in his arms as he was to have her there.
She agreed to come back later that evening for their first official date. They sealed the deal with a kiss.
Charlie immediately showered, dressed, and rushed straight over to Ma Bagley's house:
He explained to her as gently as possible that he did not know what he had been thinking two nights before, and that he could not see their relationship going any further. He told her he hoped that they could still be friends.
Ma Bagley is a hot-head snob and this her WTF? face...lol.
Charlie could not believe how excited and anxious he was as he awaited Jane's arrival. He had never seen her out of her maid's uniform. He wondered what she would be wearing and just how quickly he could her out of it.
Shortly after she arrived, he asked her to go steady and she said yes. Jane was now Charlie's nineth girlfriend. After a few drinks and a dance or two, he talked her into going upstairs with him.
Although she was a fine woohoo, immediately afterwards, Charlie told her that he really had not wanted to go steady, but that seemed the only way to get her into bed. She was devastated to be treated in such a manner and told him so.
"You will be sorry someday, Mr. Sheen, the way you just use folks and then toss them aside like so much garbage!" she said, her voice trembling with suppressed rage.
Once again, Charlie merely shrugged his shoulders as he watched her turn on her heel and stalk from the room. Now Charlie was free to go after a girl he had wanted ever since he had dated her sister and their roommate. When Charlie asked Shirley Lin to be his girlfriend, he half expected her turn him down, but she she said yes.
"Oh Charlie, I've been waiting for this for ages! When you dated first, Lorraine, and then Roxie, I wondered why them and not me! I thought you'd never ask!" she cried happily as she threw herself into his arms.
As the ecstatic girl held him tightly, so tightly in fact that he felt as if he could not breath. He waited for the joy to come. His fondest desire was to have been the boyfriend of ten different sims, but he felt nothing. No joy, no happiness, and no fulfillment. What was the matter with him? Would he never find contentment? He pulled back, took her hands in his, and looked into her eyes. She gasped audibly when he told her he had changed his mind, that he did not want to go steady after all.
"You can't mean that, Charlie!" she cried as she jerked away from him.
"Oh, but I do mean it, Shirley" he replied quietly. "I mean it more than I have meant anything in my entire life."
Shirley Lin was a friendly girl and although she had an aversion to flirting, she was a hopeless romantic. It was NOT supposed to be this way! This could not possibly be happening to her. It had to be some sort of a horrible nightmare. "Get OUT!" she screamed furiously. "Get out of my house, Charlie Sheen! I hate you and I never want to see you again!"
As Charlie turned to go, his hung low in shame and disgust with himself for hurting so many nice ladies, it hit him like a ton of bricks. Suddenly his heart flooded with joy and mind filled with an almost overpowering sensation of accomplishment. He had done it! He had managed to successfully break ten hearts and was now officially a heart breaker!
As he almost skipped back to his own home a few doors down, he knew that eventually he would be friends again with all his conquests. His heart was light as the burden of having to go steady with anyone ever again was lifted from his thoughts. Now he could bask in his commitment issue problem as long as wished until the day may decide to settle down with that special someone.
Charlie decided to go back to work, in business this time and to focus on his novel writing.
Charlie also enjoys spending more time with his roomies and finally made friends them both after all this time. As far as Charlie is concerned. All is now right with the world.
Now, here's a bit of extra pic spam:
The boys decided to go out and eat at The Bistro. Their mode of transportation was Darren's cruiser, which he got to keep even though he changed jobs:
I think it was funny to see Charlie riding in the back. He has plenty of ex-girlfriends who probably thinks he belongs there!
Here they are soon after arriving at the Bistro:
It's funny because before they even got totally into the restaurant, a busboy supposedly bumps into Darren and I got this message:
When they came out, they stood around chatting for a while before going to the park.
At the park, Darren is still working on his desire to have twenty friends, along with his logic skills for work:
While Charlie is reading a book to help him advance in the business career:
Lorrain decided to pull out her picnic basket
Darren joins her, although I forgot to get pictures. Finally he and Charlie go home. Adam had gone home earlier after playing his guitar for tips for a while. Went that get home, I noticed that Darren was disgusted by the spoiled food in his inventory. My angel food cake! *EEK* My beautiful, perfect quality Angel Food cake had spoiled in Darren's inventory...lol. That sucks!

These eight sims are expected to live there, without luxuries of any kind, no way to cook meals or to buy them, no way to bathe, and no beds in which to sleep. These eight sims must struggle to survive without any means of support until they work hard to earn them. Will they survive the harsh realities that life has thrown at them?
