About to go to bed. Thinking about Father's day on Sunday and maybe I should bake something. Not that I'm all that great at baking, but I haven't got dh or dad a present. Maybe I’ll bake them some bickies (cookies)

Is it Fathers Day over there today then? If so, Happy Fathers Day to people's Dads and Husbands. ;D We went cider tasting yesterday and while it was wonderful, I didn't get up until a lot later this morning...  Now got my parents visiting in a few hours, and lots of simming to do. Hope everyone else has a nice day! |

I'm not around much as I have a really bad cold, typically this happens when I'm finally not busy at work. Hopefully I'll be over this in the next few days and I'll be back, hope you're all ok in the mean time! *hugs*

Sorry I haven't been on lately and stuff. You all know that I was in a car wreck last Friday. Well I didn't think I was hurt too badly, but I was in the er Saturday morning about 5:30 a.m. because my back was really hurting. They took x-rays and said nothing was there like a tear, then they gave me a shot to try to ease the pain. Ah-the shot made it worse-I was itching all over and it made me very nausea to my stomach. But I'm doing better right now! On other parts-I'm enjoying life and playing with my animals and sims.

That sounds nasty Ashley. Did they tell you what they gave you? It sounds like my friends reaction to codeine/morphine. Hope you feel better now.

I'm being totaly lazy the last two days. I should have been trying to catch up on comments I owe, but instead once I fixed that Origin fiasco I played castaways and then I've been trying a hospital mod (Sims 2) Which I couldn't get to work due to a jump bug on the taxi. So I've been researching some other mods to see if I can come up with some kind of playable replacement. I want to be able to play a hospital type set up in my BACC and maybe even in my legacy if I can get it to work. Getting it to ‘work’ simply means if I can make it play as close to a hospital as I'm going to get and if it works good enough then I'll post what I set up. I've also been playing my new Sims 3 Generations. I made a sim who opened a day care and she just had a baby who received one of those imaginary friend dolls.

You're totally allowed to play your birthday presents. Lazy days are great fun. The hospital sounds like a great idea for sims2, with your mods I bet you'll get it working perfectly. And yay for Generations, it looks like so much fun! I'm going to my boyfriend's parents' house this weekend so won't be around much, but hopefully I'll be online a lot next week after work. ;D |

I hope everyone is feeling better! Ash, you should call the ER and let them know, because they'll need to note on your records that you have an allergy to what they gave you. That could turn out really bad. Ive been very lazy, too. I've ben playing around with Sims 2 because my craptop is on the couch with me in front of my TV. I need to get moving on my story again, but when I want to, I don't have the time, and when I have the time, I just don't feel like it. On the bright side, I finally resurrected the Tricou family like I always wanted to do! I took some pics, but they're really dark and crappy.  |
