We got a group together at work and we do workouts to DVDs in the conference room on our lunch breaks. I'm only able to work out 4 out of 5 days, because they do a Jillian dvd from the Bigget Loser show. She's all jumping jacks, push ups, etc. and I have bad knees & hips. So I sit out the day they do that one. I don't seem to have the time or will power to do it at home, so I'm glad work gives us this chance. I have a terrible metabolism, and have to take fiber suppliments along with dieting. I've got quite a ways to go, and I'm definitely my own worst enemy! DD'ers Unite! Lol!

Thanks Lynda  Karima it's way to heavy for me to lug about, especially with my bad shoulder. I basically tore my muscle off it many years ago lifting up something I should not have. It doesn't ever get better, I've had that for 20 years now. I think it would even be heavy for dh, it isn't a small foldable like i wanted and asked for so I could do it inside infront of the TV, oh no dh has to get this big whopping programmable thing with all the bells and whistles.  |

I wish we had room for some equipment. Although I can't say I'd use it like I should, I'd like to THINK I would! Lol!

If it wasn't for that my dad has to go for a walk each evening, I would be not doing very well in terms of exercise. I tried doing pilates, but my hips don't like it*crack, creak, pop* Plus, my flexibility isn't very good...never has been.

lol...my knee's will join in if I do other types of exercising...even walking can be a chore when they act up. But at least my hips don't get stiff, my knees are bad. Bad knees, bad!

 :(I'm so sorry you guy's are cold, but think about 110 degrees! Now I personally think I'd rather be cold!! Dh is so much bigger than me that I can always find an extra layer of cloths!! Oh Tina, I'm watching SNL & The song for Cougers is Santana, Smooth!! Well he double tooth pick!! I guess there's my youth right out my dining room window!!
