Bored

Does anyone else go through stages where they get bored of everything. Not just, but including the sims. It also seems a lot of people aren't around to chat to either. Not just here but BP as well. People are either off playing sims 3, busy or away. The exchanged has also meant not many new updates to read. I have a cold and a headache so I don't feel like cleaning either. *Sigh* The only good thing is quite often when I get out of my funk I have some of my best creative ideas for my stories.

Some times I get so bored I just don't know what to do with myself. It's the kind of boredom that makes a girl feel like she's going crazy!!!

And yes, people are disappearing to do stuff other than post

Do you know that hardly anyone is around, at all !...........I was on here yesterday, a few dropped in but did not post,fair enough, but, it was just us few that stuck around long enough to post, I know they are playing the Sims 3 or dealing with RL things! but it has been a bit lonely on here lately, I even left here a bit down & made some new Sims, usually that cheers me up! no! so I played the new Sims I just made, which means building & decorating a new house, then setting them up in the new house! well I am back & I still feel the same, as nothing I normally do, seemed to help! now I find a post that says I am not the only one to feel this way! Also Pixx, I think we may have stumbled onto something! remember I said the Exchange is getting selective! well I thought about that & I wonder if the people that are posting on the EX have done the survey on Securom ! I know I did & now I can not post on the EX! I was just wondering if that could be the problem??? an thoughts on that or feed back would be good!

It's been very lonely! On Bp too. I posted back on the Cheesy challenge thread as no one has posted on there in ages. It's suppose to be the closing date for round two pretty soon. Well I will get mine up today if anyone else does or not.


What happens when you try and post on the bbs? I haven't done any survey.

I keep checking to see what is happening on the Grilled Cheese ch! & narda! so I tried just a few seconds ago & they said they were having server probes! I was going to leave a message today to ask what is happening!
I never post on the BBS as it scares me, the one time I did I got roasted & the funny thing is they were saying the exact same thing as me! I guess they just did not understand what I was saying or they were all in a fowl mood that day?

The survey was in a thread here, with a link to the survey, we were then posted our no. through E-mail as a reference!

Oh yeah... I most definitely get bored of everything now and then. I know how you feel! *sigh*

I was here this morning, changing some boards around. Did y'all notice? I posted a bit too. I seem to be in a funk that just won't go away. Also, we have company this week, so things are a bit different around here. Workingman has come to visit. He is a member of this site, but is not a sims player. He joined because he's a friend Harley met online and built a computer for.

He came this week for Harley to install water cooling onto his computer. They are done with that now and went to see a movie. It's one we already saw, so I opted out of going again...lol

As far as the Exchange goes, I seriously doubt they would take the time to 'block out' people who took a survey. I didn't take one... I didn't know there was one...lol... and the exchange is acting stupid for me as well. I want, seriously, to get back to writing my next chapter, but I'm not very inspired, nor inclined to do so just yet. I LOVE to see the exchange back up and running before I do.

;D I thought it was just me & the cold weather clashing but it seems to be more than that! I now this will sound weird but it is like an over shadowing of impending doom or in simple words something bad is going to happen! I know, I am just being silly!

Have you read any of the stories on the EX lately? there is still the few tried & true, but most of the stuff that is posted or should I say makes it through is very sub standard (it really makes me wonder, why! they posted!) I am not saying this to hurt anyone, I'm saying I have never seen it before, out of five pages there was only one story that was worth reading ( & I do know writers have to start some were! I mean, I can talk as I am not even a writer!)

I haven't even looked at exchange stories lately, I didn't know there were any getting through! Maybe they are very short?

We are doing school here, which is why I am slow to post back.

P.S I'm sure it will be ok karima, maybe the TS3 has put everyone in a slump or something.

;D No! people ARE still posting! Dsdky11( I am sorry if I spelled that wrong I am going by memory!) is still posting 'Papa Says' & has a few new chapters up! there was only one new story that was worth reading! they are all posted on different days and not on one day only ( there were more than one story posted on each day!) That is why I am asking is the EX being selective !?

Well we finished school and are having lunch now. Guess I will load the game up and take another cheese picture, because I seem to have lost the other one. Gee it's annoying how photos seem to vanish.
