hmm that's a hard one I love so many things. I'd say my grandma's irish stew, and food from around here : POUTINE! hehe (I know, most american finds it disgusting but it's good )

chicken velouté sauce
A sauce made from chicken stock and aveggie bag , Its basically just a clear chicken gravy(light) then probably cheese is added to complete the dish.....

I have heard of Poutine before... can't say I'd be adventurous enough to try it... I'm really picky, which is pretty bad... I don't touch seafood! I've never liked it... my family used to say that I must be adopted because of that fact. To this day, they still drag me to seafood restaurants... Basically, I love a good cheeseburger. Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise only, though... Or almost anything with cheese... despite the fact that I'm lactose intolerant!
