I am trying to prepare for my Creation lots advancement to the Roman Era. I am not being lazy, I am taking advantage of a resource here ;D. Does anyone have any good suggestions to where I can find Romanesque things?

;)I know M&G is a good start(I finally got my hands on it, & did not let it go till I payed for it!)also put it in the free sites 'search',you will be surprised by what comes up! Thats usually how I find anything I need, also I will keep a look-out while in the 'Booty' as I am still searching for swings & now bamboo!

M&G Has Romanesque stuff? No, I don't think it does! but I could build a Romanesque building with all the extra features, plus the statues & plants. even the EX is a good place to start, put a search in there,in lots!

I'll have a look at what I have. I went with Egyptian though as theres more around. I do have this neat bath and toilet that I think is Roman.

I don't know if they have what you're looking for but I know on parsimonious they have a lot of stuff by theme and era. Here's the link. Maybe you'll find what you want or something else www.parsimonious.org/

;)Jo, I am no-where near that yet but with the stone era, can I pick Egyptian, like you did,or is there set rules as to what you can pick? I have the 'Simstones' piano, which is a white stone piano, if that is any help? EDIT:[blue]Try here Holly[/blue] chukhin.brinkster.net/lynne/sims/simgroups.html~it is the last on the 'LINKS' list, this will get you to the download page! I found quite a lot of stuff there that would help, under:'ROMAN'

I have the 'Simstones' piano, which is a white stone piano, if that is any help? Now you know your not allowed a piano right? Music hasn't been invented yet. In the stone age/first age they are to wear leaves and or skins. There hut can be clad with mud, hay or logs. They have what comes with the lot. Any game not involing items. For example they may play red hands but not toss a football. Toddlers can have the sand downlaodable sandpit which skills logic or just the maxis blocks. No aspiration rewards. Gaining gold badge in fishing and gardening means the easil can be bought and used. Egyption/Roman comes in when creativity at the easil is topped. I have all this is the rules.

:DThanks Jo, but I was suggesting the piano for Holly,as she is doing the Roman era!& considering Egyptian is my heritage I think I will do that, I need to get them through the first winter yet, with so far no fishing, if I take the downloads folder out, all the other stuff for that lot will disappear, so I have no clue what is causing it! it showed up after I got the harvestable fruit & veg,but to work they need the basket(which did not come with them)so after hunting them & basket down I thought because a part of it was missing, that, that was causing the problem, but no still no fishing!& it is not only them every sim I try to direct to fish,it will not let me click on the pond, for them to fish.
