We had a wasps nest in the hole for our dryer vent. They were all over the house, and we couldn't figure out how they were getting in. After dousing the house with sprays & traps, we narrowed it down to the laundry room. We still couldn't figure it out, but we bought a spray foam sealant, and calked everything that came in & out of the house. When we calked the hole around the dryer vent, we didn't have any more. *whew!*
My kitties chased them like crazy, & we had to be quick to get them first so the poor kitties wouldn't die! I got stung in the pinkie, and it sucked!

I went to clean up our old FisherPrice Lift and Lock swing (if you know those) I had it in the laundry, turnedit over to get into the gap with a stick as there seemed to be clumpy dirt in and out flew a wasp arrg!!!! I ran out that laundry so fast. So there was a wasp nest in it. Lucky me only one was flying, 2 crawled out and the rest seemed dead. I basicaly pushed dh in there with the fly spray |
