Kinda late, but...
GIMP is fine, so okay your covers aren't going to be PERFECT, but at least you put effort into them.

I guess you are right Sarie. It's better than nothing. It did the job for 3 of my covers. But I'll have to redo them with photoshop someday, maybe

Well I just can't do it with GIMP. Nosiree, I just can't. It has basically nothing to do with the quality, but everything to do with learning something completely new. Don't wanna, ain't gonna! I am used to photoshop and I like it . . . ALOT. So I have to stick with it, one way or another, even if I have to put the program on Crissy's computer or my laptop and work with my pics from there.

I don't say GIMP is crap, I don't mean your covers are crap either I meant mine are because anyway I am not good at making covers But I admit photoshopping some of the pics is cool I wouldn't work on all of them though, takes too much time hehe

sometimes it's good to do something else to change our minds I guess that's why I'm working on 3 different stories at the same time.

Well that's good, I guess.
Whenever I'm under pressure I loose focus or think negative... pressure ain't good for me.

I don't know Jo, but they can't even leave the grocery store alone! Every time I turn around, they've moved things to different places in there...lol I worked in the grocery stores for years. The reason they move it around is because NEW products come out ALL the time. Usually the stores just discontinue something and add the new ones, but sometimes there are so many new things, or they need a section bigger so they just reset it.

That may have been true in your store Holley, but it seems like in my store they move stuff around to just confuse me...lol. Some of it moves completely to the opposite side of the store while some things just get moved down a few feet. I still don't get it. Problem is it seems they do it every few months or so and then I find to learn my way around again!
