Chicken Curry Tea Sandwiches 2 cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped 1/4 cup chopped nuts (I've used cashews, walnuts, pecans) 4 celery stalks finely chopped 3 green onions finely chopped mayonnaise (enough to moisten *remember you can always add more but it's hard to take out) Curry Powder (to taste)
Mix all ingredients together Serve on good quality bread w/ alfalfa sprouts and sliced tomato
I love what the curry powder does to the chicken salad. This is my FAVORITE sandwich!

Weight Watcher 1 point muffins (makes prox 24)
Ingredients: 1 box of devil's food or spice cake mix (standard size) 1 15oz can of Pumpkin (NOT pie filling) 1 cup water 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix all together, adding chips last. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
That's it! Super tasty - you can't taste the pumpkin at all, unless you use the spice cake. Then they taste like pumpkin muffuns.
If you follow the Weight Watcher diet, each muffin is worth 1 pt. I got the recipie from an at-work meeting. My dh, who hates pumpkin, loves the chocolate ones.

No No Jo! Chicken if fine here, some of it is just packed in Cans like Tuna I would never eat that either. I use fresh chicken breast and pressure cook them until they fall apart. Pick of the meat and Chop!

Lol, it's yummy! You squeeze out all the water, then dump it in a bowl, put some mayonaise in, and some garlic powder! Vwala! (sp) You have it! It's not that bad, not the best dish, but it's the only one I actually make.

Hmm...
My mom made these amazing cereal bar squares the other day, they had: 26 marshmallows 1 cup of cheerios or like ceral 1 cup of puffed rice (may vary) 1 cup of puffed wheat. (may vary)
And you heat the marshallows up and then you mix it all together, press it into a 9X13 pan let it stiffen in the fridge and then eat!
You can usually tell how much puffed rice and puffed wheat you'll need by the consistancy of the mixture.

;D ;D I'm LMAO over the chicken in water!how gross, we do not have that here, but we do have fresh chooks, chickens are readily available here! so I guess that is why, until now I have never heard of chicken in water, in a can! ;D ;D The recipes have to do with grilling & cheese! some of mine are not grilled, but they all do have cheese in them!
