I've been building a new alreg sub division lot with 4 houses, a small pool and park area and some shops which can be used with this wonderful mod modthesims.info/d/352602 by MogHughson.

I also set up my hunter for my medieval hood making his cabin and making him. making him made me realize I have no skins save my defaults. I went to give him a darker skin tone and realized I had nothing more than sk 4. I downloaded some last night, but it's too late for him as I can't be bothered to use simpe to change his default skin.



A foxy who shall not be hunted. The Rabbits in the hutch from Plumb bob keep won't be so lucky.




I'll have to see if I can get used to that boar head over the 'couch'.

Sorry Jo, can't believe I missed your post above! That's a great cabin for the hunter, and I love that shot of the fox in the bushes.

Finally, I've picked a few pictures of the babies in my Eco Neighbourhood:

Bea and Marcus had a boy, called Dylan:


I'm loving these non-default baby outfits, my game looks so different.

Charlotte and Alex had a baby girl, Madeleine. Unfortunately I forgot to get a picture of Alex with her. Oops.

Needless to say, Charlotte is a very happy family sim right now.

*edit* Went in-game and took a picture with Alex, too.


And Jacob and Samantha had another boy, called Reuben (Jacob's alien son Leo is still a child, at the moment).

Reuben has Sam's skintone, but as she's a plantsim that did confuse me for a moment.

Aww so cute. So how is your eco hood set up Amy? Do they all grow organic vegetables and things like that?

My hunter guy is a bit of a jerk. He goes around annoying people and then he has 3 bolts with the seamstress but doesn't roll any wants for her. She turned up and tried giving him a light kiss which he refused (which was when I saw the 3 bolts) so I thought I'd let them set the pace, see what he rolled. Nothing!I have a few dating rules in my medieval hood and being a lady of good reputation she is waiting for him to make his intentions clear... She may have to wait awhile. -_-

Just loose rules, they get one fridge then grow their own veg and fruit and stock the fridge with that, I tend to give most houses at least two fruit trees. No cars, no huge electrical things like big TVs, that sort of thing. I also seem to have added the habit of making blonde sims more susceptible to becoming plantsims (Alex and Samantha above were both blonde).

With 3 bolts I'd force them together haha. Hopefully he'll roll some wants eventually if she waits?

I want to play my CtoF but the oldest teenager Ellie is in Aspiration Failure and I'm struggling to know what to do with her. No potential spouse, no achievable wants. Poor Popularity sim.

Have you used solar panels? I do that but not nearly enough.

I played her house and sent her on the weekend to some community lots and he never showed. Nearly ever other playable did! She did get a networking date which was risky but the poor thing had such bad aspiration with all those family sim unattainable wants that i let her have it. Next time I open his lot I will make him take her on a date.

Can you take her to the community lot and make a friend? Poor Ellie.

Well I just had the strangest thing happen, but I am chalking it up to Chris Hatch's Second Honeymoon mod, which is a bummer as I thought that was a nice idea.

So there I am playing my tavern owners family and suddenly the Queen drops to one knee to propose engagement to some stranger. A very married to the King with a toddler and another on the way Queen.

I quit without saving and removed it. It had better be that mod because if it's something else I will tear my hair out. I really don't need my sim proposing to all and sundry and getting bad memories or worse be caught cheating. (I made her selectable she had a 5/0 relationship to that townie)

That looks like a hard one to breed out. Some interesting faces on that thread.

Yes, some of the more extreme faces are easier to breed out. You ended up with a nice result there, though, Amy!

I was surprised with this one, I thought the original sim looked easier than the previous years, but that mouth and jawline just kept sticking around! I was very pleased with Callum though, and the fact he got Natasha's (and Circe's) red hair.


Today's gameplay has been about two things. Ageing babies to toddlers, and building a new neighbourhood for them and their parents to live in. Same babies as a couple of posts above this one, actually. So, here's Dylan, Madeleine and Reuben. Squee.






I was a little surprised by Reuben's nose, but I went into bodyshop to check and apparently when I made Samantha, I didn't check how her nose would look on a male sim. Reuben is the answer to that, poor thing. It's rather pointed!

But yes, this is my new Eco Neighbourhood, a lot smaller and with no Bluewater attached (why I thought that was a good idea last time I'll never know), and a lot less sims in it. I made a lot of sims in a short while, so now I can add them as I reach that point.

It's a bit empty, obviously. I could only do so much tree decorating before I got bored. Now all I need to decide is which side of the river to use for business and which for residential, then I can start building houses and moving the sims in.

Such cute kids, I love your two aliens. Also beautiful looking hood. Did you know MTS has an eco theme this month? You should have a go at uploading to it, you get a lovely participation sticker. I would like to do a community garden but I keep going yes and no because without any growing vegetables it won't be much. I don't know anyway of planting them without having a sim visit and I the thought of trying to rid it of sim references with simPE is enough to stop me even starting.

PS. Do you know what hair your green alien has? I'm not sure if i have it or not.

Slightly better picture now I've built the 3 tiny houses and remembered to edit the picture.

I love these sky dome thingies for putting the clouds in.

I'm pretty sure Leo's hair is Raon 17, done by Simgaroop. It's an older one, so the textures are slightly different, but I like it.

Ooh, I didn't know about the eco theme! I'll go and check it out, hopefully I can think of something to upload.

Upload anyway, Jo. People who download can make their own sims plant everything if you have all laid out nicely. That's the hard part. Or use the crops from PBK, if they can be included with lots. You're an awesome landscaper/layer-outer of lots. (Also I want a community garden in my game. )

I have nothing to post just now, but I can tell you that I have written up almost all of the next chapter of 100 Days... and also that I'm not as far along with Auspicious or Aip as I thought I was. I can't wait for my vacation!
