I have it done, just need to redo those pictures with a sim in the house as it won't let me use TAB while in build mode and my screenshots show the whole interface. Very annoying. I extended it until next weekend anyway; maybe try a cc free entry.  |

It's been extended till next weekend so take your time Ashley. Anyway as of yet I don't know how to access Tab in build mode so I've asked over on MTS. I can't even find it on Google. If I have to move sims in then I'll have to find out how to cheat them money. Gah sims 3! Edit: Apparently you can't! Honestly the problems with Sims 3 just keep on coming. So now I've had to ask how to cheat a sim enough money to buy the place.  I tried family funds which didn't work. How silly not to be able to take a decent photo in build mode. I’m off to load up Sims 2 and actually have some fun. |

Update on my computer woes: apparently it is the hard drive, but he may be able to clone it. If that doesn't work, I will need to buy a new HD for $180 + $75 for a new video card + labor. I won't know until late Wednesday, and at that point depending on the verdict, I will have to decide whether it's worth putting that money into a five-year-old machine, or just buy a new computer.

That's great modelmgt. If you are able to take larger pictures I would as those are a bit tiny for my old eyes. The no cc section is going well.
Who is going to add another cc entry? Although Sims 3 is looking rather light on >cough< empty. >cough< I should be able to take my pictures for that today, anyone else?

TS3! Yes finally! For what it's worth.... The lights are on, but that's about as bright as it gets unless I tell it to do some other setting and then it looks like all of the stadium lights are on the kitchen. I'd rather not be blind for a week. |

Thanks Amy. I used TS3's colour matching abilities and made the same red for the tile diamonds, chairs, microwave, painting frames edges and plant pots that the coffee maker came in. It's one of the best things about TS3 and makes no cc bearable. |

Modelmgt, your kitchen looks really nice! It's a nice fit for the house, and I like the colors. I'm wondering though, are the graphics options in your game set to take the largest, best quality pictures? (Or can your computer handle that?) My baby is back! The rebooting issue turned out to stem from a stuck "0" key on my keyboard! I had the hard drive replaced anyway because I was running low on space, and I already knew I needed a new video card. So, now I should have another few good years left on my computer (well worth the arm and a leg it cost ). *crosses fingers* How are we doing on the deadline? I can work on a CC version today, but I don't want to hold anything up, and I have my BaCC to work on too. |
