My Pixelated Family!

Okay, as a few of you know, I have posted a bit about this family in the 'scenes from my game' thread, but I thought I'd continue it in a thread of it's own. One version of my simself in Sunset Valley, stole Hank Goddard from Paula Wan and married him. He looked so handsome in his uniform that she couldn't resist!

Anyhow, they got married and had a baby girl I named Tabitha. They still wanted more children, so they got preggars again and had twin boys this time. I named them Harmon and Timothy.

I started them out in a pre-made EAxis house, which was fine for just the two of them, but I remodeled when they had the first baby, so I'm going to start out with showing you the comparison of the two.

Things get pretty monotonous when you have a house full of babies, so we called a babysitter and here she is doing her duty:

So, more time passes and the babies are now toddlers too.

Just so you know, she is the first kid I've ever had in the sims 3. Man, I play slow, don't I? lol

The next day was Saturday, so we all went to spend the day at Central Park. I don't know if you can tell from this pic, but... guess who'd preggars again? Yep. They wanted to have another baby, so I let it happen. There are fun days ahead, I'm sure!



Well, that is where I will leave you for now. Hank had a want to listen to my belly, but I failed to capture a pic of that. Next time, you will know if I had a boy or a girl or... a bit of both! lol

How fun! I love the make-overs! All the kids are sweeties, but little Timmy is uber-cute! I can't wait to see the next one! You guys are making me miss S3!!! You KNOW I have to finish Sealgaire first! Lol!

Cute family Tina. Great Job making over the house. You did GOOD! I like the Green and White. The house is decorated very nice too!

Oh, I forgot to mention the house! I made that one over, too, but I didn't think to make an upstairs. I extended out the back and made a basement. I like the way the upstairs looks!

Amazing what some decent hair will do. I thought Tabitha was a boy at first. But she turned out really cute. Well they're all cute.

LOL@Holley! I don't even know who Kevin Federline is! I'll have to Google him or something.

Thanks, I'm glad y'all like the house! It was already green and white, so I didn't change that. I only added the second floor. I didn't extend the back much because I already had a big garden and I didn't want to change that. The only way I could think to make it bigger was to add an upstairs. Hmm, I may try adding a basement one day, though. It'd make a great rec room.

Twins?? I have no clue how to definitely get twins in TS3, if you can, but knowing my luck I'll end up with triplets this time or something.

I think the twins/triplets thing is in a thread here somewhere. It's been so long since I played, I forgot how it goes. I THINK if they listen to the kiddie station on the radio during the pregnancy it gives them triplets, and if they watch the kids TV channel it gives them twins.

I know Loita Goth never even turned her TV on once, but had the kiddie radio station on 24/7. (she had the childish trait, so that's what she loved) She ended up with triplets.

I heard about that someplace, lol thankgoodness listening in to Sesame Street doesn't result in triplets in real life! I was thinking fertility treament.

I tried that reward with my test family, but it didn't work. (I got it for both sims.) Lolita didn't have it.

Well, I didn't listen to the kids channel and I didn't watch watch a kids' channel. I did read some pregnancy books, but.. darn you, Jo! I got twins!

First, here's Hank feeling my tummy:


When the time came, Hank called a babysitter real quick but..
He picked up Harmon and ended up taking him to the hospital with him!


Then it announced I had boy, so I named him Terrance. Next thing I knew, it told me I had another boy, so I named him Harland...lol


Voila! I had a basket of babies!




The basket seemed to disappear in the taxi, but here we are going home:

;D I loved the new make-overs & the house is lovely, but the children are all very cute like their parents!

The pic of Tina dreaming is a way for you to know which Sex the Sim prefers! I had it a lot on my Hobo family, as I did not set their sexual preferences, with some rather boring results, & one very surprising result! ;D (I am a bit scared to tell her!)

That can't be it, Karima because she definitely prefers males and the female bathroom was checked.

Maybe she has a fear of using public bathrooms? Sims get their gender prefrence set either by players or chance random events anyway, they don't really care.
