Terrance is the one in the yellow shirt. He's brave and disciplined. I also made him a daredevil when he transitioned into a child. I'm hoping to have some interesting combinations...lol

Harland is a virtuoso, excitable, and hotheaded. I'm going to have to write all their traits down and post them soon. I can't remember them hardly at all...lol

Since it was the weekend and everyone was old enough, I decided to send them on a trip so that they could buy a camera to take family photos.

It's really wierd, but all Hank was able to buy was a cheap camera. The more expensive ones didn't even show up. I've only done it once before with Nellie, but I could have sworn the expensive cameras were always available, but maybe you have to have more Visa points first or something. Anyway, I had Hank tell everyone to pose as if he was going to snap a picture, but then I used move objects on to get him into the picture too.

It sort of sucks that the poses aren't better, but it's better than nothing I guess...lol

Aw, I love the holiday pictures, I always use the poses from the art camera in TS2, is the WA camera the nearest thing to that in TS3 then?

More fun bus pictures too, none of the kids look happy so maybe the bus driver theory is right after all...

It was interesting, to the say least, Holley!

TS3 starts out with a cellphone camera, Amylu, but it sort of sucks. In WA, you can go to foreign lands and buy real cameras, but you can only get a really good one in Egypt for some reason. Anyhow, once your pic taking skills get high enough, different features on the camera become unlocked. You also get picture-taking opportunities offered where you can make money, etc, as well as collecting different photo collections, etc and selling the pics on your own.

The camera is more like one you get with Bon Voyage in TS2 than the reward camera I think.

I like the photography feature of WA. All my explorers were photographers as well.
I like the idea of Collections and I tried to complete as many as I could.

That last family pic looks about as good as any a real family with all those kids could pull off - no way all of them would ever look at the camera at the same time! Lol!

The better cameras, like the scooter, only show up randomly in the stores. If you use the buydebug cheat, you can get all the good stuff right away. *says the dirty rotten cheater!

Well, I did a google search for the good cameras and found out that you can only buy the best one in Egypt and the skill book for photography too. Sure enough, I sent my simself there by herself and she got one.
