I left you a better comment at LJ - much to think about in this chapter...are things what they seem? I think NOT! Gwen doesn't talk about being a witch at all. Is she misleading Kismette about that? If so, I hope she remains on Kis's side to help her against Mejaine. That girl is up to no good.

On the other hand I am so pleased to see Kismette make a new friend, she is rather lacking in those!
