To ship probably not worth it with international insurance and customs taffifs..And possible dammage too..

Ah, yes. Dell tech support. Good times, good times. My ex bought my daughter a dell. We were on the phone with Dell Calcutta every day for a month before they finally just sent a new one. They kept telling DH that they were speaking English, but that was about the only thing they said that we DID undersand. Now dh maintains it. Screw voiding the warranty.
