World Adventure is the name for Bon Voyage in some regions of the world. I'm guessing that's what it is.

Yeah, but I want DETAILS! Details, people! I just would like to have our restaurants back, darn it! I miss going into the restaurants with our simmies. I also miss the dating interactions. I didn't care much for that stupid date timer hey had in TS2, but I did like the idea of going on out on dates. I am curious as to how they'd handle a vacaction sort of expansion pack without having actualy loading screens to take you somewhere else. This ought to be interesting.

They have tiny loading screens. You know that one little Sims 3 box that pops up and has a little loading thing when going from CAS to the Hood? Maybe they'll have a video, like when you go into Sunset Valley? Remember when you first got your sims 2 game, and the loading screens only took about 30sec?

*squeal!* I can't wait to hear more! I didn't use the Bon Voyage EP very often, because by the time it rolled around, the other EP's plus all my cc made my load times ridiculous. It'll be nice to take a vacation with my simmies that doesn't involve a 20 minute load screen first! I know a lot of folks had problems with their Sims 3 base game right out of the gate, (I was lucky enough not to have had any) and with EA's buggy track record, I just hope they don't do anything that will screw up what we already have installed.

I barely used it, but since I have such a faster computer nowadays, who knows? I may use it all the time!

*Twitchy eye* New expansion pack, you say?
I never used BV, whenever I did my game crashed and I got mad and left the sims for several hours.

I used BV ALL the time when I first got it, but after that I just sort of lost interest. What I loved the MOST about BV was being able to create ocean front lots, swimming in the ocean, and all the other interactions that came with it.
NOW they've made TS3, so that you can no longer swim in the sea, yet you can fish in it. Man, I hope they bring back swimming in the ocean, along with all the other beach interactions! Also, it would be cool if the sims could go swimming in lakes/ponds.

I sent all my Sim who got married on honeymoon. I also sent Uni students to go camping for a "Spring break" That was usually lots of fun because i was only controlling one or two sims and the rest of the dormies wandered around. Lots of naked hottubbing, etc. *sigh* I miss that.
I didn't use the Asian place much though. that destination did crash my game a couple times.
