I have it and I had a blast with it last night. My friend came over earlier and we spent ages in create-a-sim! Hehehehehe

I am LOVING the new building features. When you have a house that's too small (or even just a room), you can click a wall and just DRAG it to where you want it to be. No old walls, new walls, old roofs, new roofs, and repainting. Just drag that sucker where you want it. I think I'm in LOVE....
