Even when I did that I wondered if it would work. But I had just crwled out of bed and forgot to check it. The only picture that looked fake to me was the baby because it looked more like a toddler. I thought the picture of Louis looked fine. And I loved the picture of Sasha holding the twins. Nice touch. |

It was just the pillow part that caught my eye, and like I said, it was REALLY minor! The pic accomplished what it was supposed to, and wouldn't have if you hadn't done what you did.

Thanks, you guys! Yeah, I knew that the baby pic would be weird, but it was in Louis' mind anyway, so it didn't really matter.  The baby HAD to look like/be baby Donovan, and as a matter of fact, it was!  I went back and grabbed a picture of Donovan as a toddler and put his head on a picture of a bundled-up baby I found online. If I'd used just a regular sim baby's head, it wouldn't have had the same effect of Louis' craziness in thinking Donovan was his son.  If I hadn't had such a hard time posting that sucker, I'd have added more fun facts. Like the fact that in that pic with the baby, I to 'frank' a new hand onto to Penelope's wrist to make it look like she was holding the baby like that. Her real hand was hidden in her custom content dress! |

I guess when you're reading a story, not everything dawns on you at once. You know, I'm surprised no one mentioned the 'eye candy' shots of shirtless Donny Boy with the towel around his neck. With that one, I wanted him all grown up and thinking back because of the scene with Shannon and the cloaked figure. It wouldn't have made sense if he had still been a teen, but the clothes he wore as a teen were not available for adults and I didn't want to show him in different clothes from what he would wear as an adult in the story, and if I had shown him in his adult clothes, it could have given away the identity of the cloaked figure with Shannon too soon...lol So, I decided to have him shirtless for those scenes. But then I thought that COMPLETELY shirtless was a bit too much, so I searched out pics of towels around people's necks online. I finally settled on one, but it was bright green with yellow and white stripes... blech! lol So, I played with the colors until I felt it looked more appropriate as a Duvall towel and then photoshopped that around his neck. I think it looks damned sexy! Hehe.. it was fun messing around and warping it to look as if towel shifted with his different positions. |

Hehe... thanks y'all! I guess that means I did a good job...lol. Shoot, I should have put all that stuff in Fun Facts, but man... it was a rough day for me. Today my told me that yesterday was Friday the 13th and I said, no wonder I had such a freaking hard time! I hadn't even thought about the date.  |

Wow Mom the whole story is really good but the last chapter is amazing! I'm glad that Louis had a happy ending too-even if it was just an illusion lol |

Wow, just.... wow! Thank you SO MUCH for that awesome review, Val!  BTW, I stuck it behind a spoiler so that it has no chance of tipping off someone who hasn't read the story yet. Actually, I am sad it's over too. I will miss them, but to carry on with it through another sequel would, I think, only serve to diminish the previous segments and take away some its 'flare' as you put it. I appreciate the fact so much that you enjoyed the story as much as you did and that you gave it such a shining stamp of approval. I actually have moisture pulling up in my eyes right now. Thanks again! Actually, I never said WHO the cloaked man was in chapter 11, but I did make a point of steering the reader away from the idea that it was Thomas because of Shannon's horrified reaction. Thomas had been visiting her for a LONG time at that point, so she would not have been startled to see him there. I figured that people may think it was Louis, or maybe Stephen who decided to pay her visit. It IS sad to see Louis that way. As evil as he was, he was one of my favorite characters in the story. Gosh, he was SO MUCH fun to write! *sniff* I will miss him. *sigh* lol Like I said earlier though, I just could NOT bear the thought of killing him. Yes, I am a wuss! TINA! So Cool that Donovan was the cloak person, and twins!! Must be............................... LOL! ( Well indowed ) Your first pic in this chapter looks just like George, but he has brown eyes! I wanted to ask you, what does " angst mean? " I am pretty well virst on the English lang., but I have never seen a word spelled like that. I'm guessing it is anguish, but.... And I'm mad at you, you made me cry!! Pervinator? WHAT!! You have nookie on the brain!! LOL! Well if it has to be the end, It was Great, but I'm still mad that you made me cry!! BTW...forgot to mention earlier that Donny Boy the man, is HOTNESS . The things I would do to him if I met him one day! He presses my buttons. He drives me bananas! Okay, enough , think I'll stop now.... I always thought Donovan the boy was cute, Donovan the teen was handsome but Donovan the man is PERFECTION. Did you guys see his perfect abs and that trail of hair on his tummy and chest is just WOW! P.S. Did I say droooooool? Okay...I'll stop... |
