Please.... please... for your sake and for the sake of anyone you care about who may be looking to have a computer built, RUN and HIDE if the name Digital Storm comes up in the conversation!
Not only do those jerks build sub-standard machines but... ONE hand does NOT know what the OTHER hand is doing! *sigh* They sent Fed-Ex yesterday to pick up my computer to have it shipped back to them for a refund of about %20 LESS than we paid for the computer which only worked corectly for about TWO MONTHS before breaking for no apparent reason! First it was shipped back to them to fix it, but it came back in the SAME condition in which it left my house the first time.
Now, for some reason, the Fed-Ex folks shipped the thing back to them OVERNIGHT air, which costs about $500.00 for a package of that size and weight. DIGITAL STORM is the one who put in the pick-up order and NOW they are trying to say that WE are responible for that ridiculous shipping price!!!!!! This mad smiley isn't enough for me... (insert random curses here). * sigh*
Then when Harley was talking to them on the phone, the jerk (who happens to be new and is trying to cover his ass, I think), said, "Well, it looks like your wife filled out the order."
WHAT?
!!!!!! I had not ONE freakin' thing to do with it! The driver filled it out, even though she supposedly is not supposed to do that. Then he says WE need to call Fed_EX and straignten it out. Huh? Harley told them NO WAY is he calling anyone; it' their goof and they need to handle it!
Bottom line: If those idiots try to make us pay for THEIR screwup, they are going to get their pants sued off! Man, I'm so livid right now I could drive to CA JUST to cuss those idiots out!

It seemed to install okay, but... when I try to open it, it keeps telling it's missing some files it needs to run. *sigh*
