I've fallen in love with gum though. Since I'm rebellious and all, and my school has a strict no-gum rule, I chew gum all the time!

When I was in school, we were never allowed to chew gum there. I guess they feel it's too distracting...

My school had that rule too... I have always been a very "good" kid, so I didn't chew gum... but I also don't really like it too much anyway. But I chewed it when I had braces... I'm a terrible example for you! OOH! One thing- they are going to give you stuff to clean your teeth (liquid stuff) and they say it will keep your teeth white and protect you from white spots on your teeth. LIES. I'm serious, it's all a scam for the dental industry. I did that stuff, and I brushed my teeth like I was supposed to... I got the freakin' white spots. *sigh* My brother and best friend, who did NOT use the cleaning stuff, did NOT get white spots. I have told this to other people, and they agree... it's just not right. So, I'm telling you now: When they give it to you, nod and smile... but don't do it.

Whew... okay. I need to chill out now.

Oh, I know. My teeth aren't bad, but I sure wish those white spots were gone. You can only see them when you're close to me, thank God, but I'm always close when I look in the mirror, lol!

I guess my lucky spot is with my not having wisdom teeth! That's why I like to flaunt it!

Can those spots not be polished out or anything? They can do all sorts of things days, but I don't know if that's one of them.

I've gotten my teeth whitened, too. It just made the spots brighter, though, a little less noticeable. The only thing you can do is to get veneers, which are really expensive.

So, maybe one day, you know, when I'm all rich and famous and what not.

That's not too bad, Sarie. And like othes have said, the braces are worth it to have nice, straight teeth!

Ewwww! I hate that. There is honestly not one table at my school without gum under it. Except maybe the principals ;D
