Well I figured since most of the members here posted in my welcome thread instead of making their own, I'd post one about my boring self...LOL
I am a wife and mom with two daughters currently in college. Though I am one of the older members here, I don't feel like it most times, nor do I think of myself as old (except when I'm feeling very under the weather)...LOL. It's hard for me to think of myself as no longer being a teenager or young adult because I still love to have fun! ;D
Hubby and I have a Harley Davidson that we enjoy riding whenever we can. Two summers ago, we even rode it all the way out to Montana and back from our home in North Carolina! It was a totally awesome trip and I'd do it again right now if I could!
Mostly though, I'm a homebody and love to sit here in front of my computer almost more than anything else. I love my sims and love to write stories about them when I'm feeling inspired! As a matter of fact, story-writing is about all I've done with my simmies lately. One of these days, I will sit down and actually play the game for awhile! Probably the day I get up the nerve to install Apartment Life...
We have an awesome swimming pool in our back yard with beautiful plants and trees landscaped around it. As a matter of fact, our whole yard is nicely landscaped, but sometimes we wonder if it's worth it pulling all those incessant weeds!
