SOS! I need help... STAT!

Hey friends and loyal readers. This morning, while making some edits to Chapter Nine, there was some sort of stupid glitch, error, or something that caused my story to be deleted. It would NOT reupload. The story is over 5800kb and it kept saying it was uploading 76kb as if it were an edit and then it said 'upload failed due to a file error' or some such nonsense as that. In the proess, I have lost all the great ratings you guys have put on it because I had to redo the WHOLE chapter from a different lot, so...

If you read it and rated it, I would be ever so grateful it you pop back over and rate it again. I'm almost sick over this thing and your taking a moment to help get the story back its pre-error rating would go a LONG way to making me unsick...lol. I totally appreciate your help. Thanks Mae! *sigh* I don't know what the hell happened. I know it was there this morning and I decided to read over it again to check for things that needed fixed. I fixed a thing or two and reuploaded and it was fine. I kept reading and found some more stuff, but when I reuploaded, it must have errored or something because when I refreshed the page to see my changes, it said 'asset deleted'. I was like.. what? The site was being slow and stupid and/or my net connection was being stupid so... to make a long story shorter, it caused me a LOT of grief this afternoon.

Well, Jo certainly noticed! ;D The rating is better, but not yet back to where it was. It's been one helluva day.
