Valentine's Day fun!!

Hey ya'll. I had an orthodontist appoitment today and on the way home, my mom and I were discussing how sad it was that we didn't have plans this Valentine's Day. Then I told her how much I really wanted to go out for a nice meal, and then we got to talking how it could be just us, considering my parents aren't having plans themselves. So it looks like I'll be having fun this Valentine's! I always feel so left out when it comes to this holiday.

Anyways, (since I don't think this topic has been posted before), anyone else have any cooooolll plans this Saturday?

Awww, I think that is so sweet! It will nice to have a mom/daughter's day out. Sounds like fun to me!

Hmmm, actually I never have plans for Valentine's Day. We usually just get chocolates for each other and then go about the day as normal. Doesn't that sound exciting?

hehe it will be fun! And that sounds exciting actually! I love chocolates (everybody does, right? ) so anyday with those is a plus. ;D

well my hubby and I will be driving down to NY to bring my son to his father for the week.

We meet 1/2 way in Saugerties NY... Unfortunately, my husband gets most of his food through a feeding tube, so no romantic night out for dinner.

But he is very romantic all the time ^^ I am a lucky woman

Romance is nice, if I remember correctly! Chocolates are a GREAT subsitute though.

Lots of people are, stargoths. Lots of people are. To me, it's really just a commercialized holiday meant to get people to spend money on flowers, candy, jewelery, and expensive dinners out. Although it can be fun if you have someone special to spend it with.

It's 15 minutes into Valentine's Day and I've been here all day! Later though, I'm taking a 2-hour car ride to my grandparents house where all will be fun! I'll probably be on my phone a lot of the time saying useless stuff like "Happy Valentines Day! No, ILY More! Nu-huh! Are you serious?!" You know, stuff like that.
