new and interesting threads to post this morning. So I guess I'll just say:

Hello everyone! It has been nice, sunny, and spring-like here for about three or four days. Now it has clouded over and is threatening rain and I think the cold weather is on its way to making a return. *sniff* I just wish the weather would pick one mode and stick with it for awhle because this sort of thing really wreaks havoc with my sinuses.

It has been like that here too. We have temperatures in the high 80's, then the next week it is WAY cooler. It has been rainy here for a week now.
Yesterday was beautiful. We took the kids to the Zoo while we were in San Diego. We are back home today. I have a LOT to do today. DH took vacation this week (yeah).
Anyways, just stopped in to say hi to everyone.

Hi Holley, I'm glad you stopped by! ;D Ah the San Diego Zoo... I lived in LA for about two years and always wanted to go to San Diego to the zoo. Never made it though. I did get to go north though to San Francisco. It was really cool!

it's really warm here yeah,. today it's been raining all day though (better rain than snow!!!) oh san diego zoo! I have that panda vista gadget (it's a webcam at the san diego zoo that lets you see the adorable pandas so I spend a lot of time watching them eat and sleep hehehe) I love to go to the zoo. The coolest one I've been so far is the Toronto zoo. They had an adorable baby ourang-outang (sorry don't know how to spell it in english that's the french way but I guess it's almost the same ) she posed for the pics she was adorable hehe

Well, it was pretty warm here (5 degrees celsius for most of the week, no clue what that is in farenheit) but now it's getting cold again, and it started snowing today. *sigh* I was really hoping that winter was on it's way out. lol. But sheesh, I'm kinda jealous of everyone here who lives in warm climates. So unfair. heh.

leapsbarnes that's what the temperature is too where I live. where are you from? probably near me that's sure because we are the only ones I know of in the province of Quebec who use celsius

I live in Northern Ontario. I guess it's not that far from Quebec. It's about 6 hours from Ottawa. But Quebec doesn't use celsius? Weird. But yea, everywhere else in Canada uses celsius. Except maybe Nunavut, Yukon and NWT o.0

Wow, that would be 41 degrees F. We still consider that pretty darned cold! lol But I guess compared to the temps y'all live with, it is warm...lol.

It was almost 70 degrees here yesterday which would be 21 degrees C. THAT is warm! ;D

Gosh I haven't been to a zoo in years! I like going too if it's not TOO hot. When it's really, really hot, the smell isn't too pleasant in some areas!

No i mean we here in ithe province of quebec we use celsius. I always thought we were the only ones in Canada to use celsius And I'm not from Quebec, I'm from Montreal. I hate Quebec (like every good montrealers LOL Long competition story between the 2 cities)

haha the smell yes you are right last time I went there it was nice and warm at the beginning and after that it rained! and it was supposed to be a sunny day not too moist stupid meteo channel, can't even get that right once in their life! There is a nice place in Montreal, it's a kind of zoo but inside. We have the biggest lobster ever caught! I think it's someone from Maine who caught it and they sold it so no one would it eat. I'll have to go check on him once, before he dies because I heard he is really old.

I don't know if we are allowed to take pics there. I only went twice but it's been a long time ... I wonder. I hope so because I really want to see that lobster. they showed a pic of him in the newspaper once. I will google it for fun

What for eating? No I don't like seafood. Not for looking at either, he looks like a spider or a roach or something. A roach ran across our carpet Thur night, I screamed the place down. So my hubby rans in jumps around and wacks it with a toy! a toy I was livered.
