My Little Rant

Okay recently, I found out that my entire inspiration for writing "The Tidal" was a lie . Obviously, that depressed me as hell. To top that off, the guy that I liked ditched me at the movies . So, that's the reason for my glum-ness, but I'm getting over it. Except the first part. I'm still upset about that.

But, something I was thinking about was stopping A Dark Star. For one, my computer for some reason has the neighborhood jacked up, and two, I really feel nothing inspiring me to do it.

Oh, I forgot something that isn't very rant-ish.

I got a perm! It looks really cool cause I have pretty long hair, now its curly! ;D

Guys can be real jerks. (I'm 43, that never changes.) I know there's good ones out there, like Harley, of course! But they sure are hard to come by! Believe me, better to find out sooner rather than later. Now you won't be distracted by a loser when the right guy comes along.
I leave you with the woman's Serenity Prayer. Learn it well - you'll need it.

"Dear Lord, I pray for patience to deal with my man. Because, Lord, if I pray for strength, I'm afraid I'll beat him to death. Amen."

I know all about guys=jerks. My ex-boyfriend, we finally went on our first actual date after 6 months of being together, and he dumped me the next day, and lied about his reason for doing so.

Hopefully you can create some sort of voodoo doll?

Amen Sisters! Guys can be jerks, but.... don't let it get you down too much Sarie! *tight hug* When really get too much into a guy, it's when your troubles really begin so just enjoy the fact that you're very young, very single, and are not tied down with some guy trying to tell you what to do! Trust me, it will happen soon enough one day.

Glad to know you know you're starting to feel better though. Don't give up on Dark Star too soon! Just give it a bit of time before you decide to just quit. Some inspiration could come along.

Yea, life gets confusing sometimes. It gets even worse once you let guys in!

Yes guys, even good guys, have jerky moments. but I can also say there are days where I am not the easiest person to get along with either. I feel bad for my poor DH sometimes ;D

Me too Holley.. Sometimes I can be a real pain with all this Prednisone running through my system. When I'm on a high dose, I get cranky more easily than usual and sometimes downright mean with my poor family... They are learning to understand though that it is not REAL me when I'm like that.
