Well I installed your new weather station that you got for Christmas.....LOL
And besides dealing with your rig I watched TV with Chrissy tonight...
We watched Iron Man...A great Marvel Comics charecter...I liked it too.... ;D

My Sunday will be spent getting my computer settings, etc back the way I want them and then I'll be watching a football play-off this afternoon, I'm sure.

I spent Saturday cleaning up my desk top, cuz Tina told me my 9 million icons & links were slowing me down, then ran a disc clean up, made back up files, and finally bit the bullet & installed M&G. I like some of the new hair that came with it, but there doesn't seem to be as many new plants/trees/shrubs as I thought there were. The bad news is, it took out some of my object cc, but the good news is, it left all the simmie & building (wallpaper, floor) cc alone - they're just fine. The best news? My phones work!!!
Today, I'm planning on working on a lot for my new story. Does anyone know the cheat code to build higher than the game lets you? I need a tower, and it's not letting me do it.

Poor Tina. If that happened to my computer, I'd put it in a box, stick it in the closet, and have a good cry while I tried to figure out how to install my game on the family computer without anyone noticing. **Sending cyber hugs** I long for a game that's just plug & play, baby! That's why I like the console games. You don't get cc, but you pop the game in & just play it.
But, they don't compare to the worlds you can create on this game. (or games like it) I enjoy the console games, but I LOVE this game. It's a part of me, not just for the characters that I feel I know like real people, but also for the community (that's YOU GUYS) that make it such a fun and unique experience. *putting soap box away*

Hehehe... it's no big deal Jilly. Thanks for the hugs! ;D What happened was all my own fault for not making sure I was moving my documents into a folder instead of letting them scatter all over the place. It was also the fault of the cute little icons I spent the day doing and didn't want to lose. If I had not tried to undo my system restore, all would have been well but... How was I to know the stupid OS would hang up and botch the undo operation?  *EEK* Hehe... oh well, my game is already back and most of my programs are reinstalled. Now I just need to make sure everything else is in place and then back up my whole computer (I can do that with Vista Ultimate) and then I'll never have to do what I did yesterday again. I'll be able to reinstall from my backup if I need to and everything will be back to how it was before disaster struck... |

My dh makes an awesome nacho dip, but since our Brownies had such a horrendous season, we didn't get to have it this year.  Can I have some of yours? Go Pittsburgh! (only because I hate the Ravens) |

I hate the Cardinals too for beating the crap out of my Panthers last week! I usually would be rooting for Philly too, but even though I'm peeved at the Ravens, they how have Kurt Warner, who I really like so... I'm actually rooting for the Cardinals this time. Pop on in and grab some grub, Jilly! I'm sure there'll be plenty! EDT: Hey Jilly, you got me all messed up! It's NOT the Ravens; it's the Cardinals! I edited my Ravens slip above.

@sarie! Well now I know where the confusion came it Jilly...lol I was talking about the Phildelphia Eagles and the Arizona Cardinals whose game ended a few minutes ago. You were talking about the Pittsburg Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens who are playing right now. Man, I need to read things more carefully before I make replies!  Anyway... the Cardinals won! ;D Now I am rooting for Pittsburg because I like them better than the Ravens.
