For some of you it's already Christmas Day. It's almost here for me, but not quite yet. I just wanted to wish everyone a happy one. May the day bring with it joy, peace, and love. ps.. stop in and tell us about all the goodies!

Well it's 7.15 pm Christmas day here now and it's finally getting quiet. DS has just gone to bed as he had no nap today and dd is playing quietly. Ahhh peace and quiet. *contented sigh* Dh bought me Sims Celebration Stuff and a new ceramic soap despenser and Two ABBA Gold CD's ;D *Watches as people run screaming from the room* :DMy mum gave me a small wrapped box with $50 lol and mil gave me a crstal cat that glows different colours and a note pad with "Warning I haven't had my morning coffee yet!" Anyway I am now backing my game up on the portable hard drive dh bought a couple of weeks ago. I suppose I should also take out my download folder. Celebration stuff doesn't have any known troubles does it? I love getting new sim stuff but I am always nervous about adding any extras!

Merry Christmas to all...
Jo..if Celebration is the latest expansion then it did waste my daughters whole game up...Tina can tell you more when she is up later..but backing up and remove your DL's is good.My daughter lost all her downloads when the last expansion was installed...

I think that was Mansions and Gardens Harley. Celebration stuff is an older Stuff pack. I am going over to see what they say on the bbs. I did just make a back up just in case. I would hate to lose my legacy.

That's cool Mae! Glad you got something. Hey Jo... Celebrations has given me no trouble at all and I haven't seen a bunch of complaints from others about it either. It's still a good idea to back up your game before installing though because you never know what may glitch up on you. Well, I've had a GREAT Christmas! I got the pen pad I wanted and I'm dying to try it out, but just now turned on my computer for the first time today. I got a whole bunch of other new goodies too. Harley always buys me these man and machine calenders. They have HOT, ripped guys with Harleys on them and to go with that, he built this awesome plaque/hanger/thingy to hang them on. He put a Harley logo on it and everything. I'm going to have to take some pictures and post them soon, I think. I gots LOTS of candy as usual, especially chocolate-covered cherries... YUM! Gosh I can't remember what all got right now. I'm near brain dead from not getting enough sleep last night.

I had a pretty good Christmas (so far). I'm pretty shocked, because my parents got me giftcards that totaled up to $190!
Plus I got candy. lol. ;D
Oops, forgot to mention that for two hours today we volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House. Yayy for volunteers!

That's cool Sarie. It's always nice to donate, especially at Christmas. I don't have much energy for actually volunteering, but I donate cash to good causes whenever I can. Glad you got some nice bounty there! ;D

Hey thanks! As a matter of fact, it IS a Wacom. I watched the little tutorial that comes with it, etc. It shows how to use it as your mouse and all that jazz, but I plan on keeping my regular mouse and just hooking this thing up when I want to write, draw, or mess around with photoshop things. Not can I can draw, but I do know how to make stick figures!

I find it hard to use the pen pad as a mouse. I don't even use the mouse that came with it. I only use it for photoshop but I guess we'll have to use it for other softwares later And I imagine they expklain everything well in the little book we didn't have to read thatc rap hehe teachers showed us how to use the thing I can't draw either, even less with that thing, it's even harder than with a real pen (that's only me talking because a guy in my class did something amazing with it hehe)
