Hey Jilly, it's great to see you! ;D Well now I have M&G installed as well as AL, but haven't had time to fool around with it very much as I'm still trying to troubleshoot the issues I'm having with apartments.  They're likely not that big of a deal, but it still irritates me to know something isn't quite right.  |

The problem is that EAxis did NOT make a CD version. ALL of them are DVDs. The only way to play/install AL is to get a DVD drive. You can buy external ones to hook up to your computer, but the lowest-priced ones I've seen new are around $50.00. They have some pretty decent deals on Amazon.com though. Sucks this happened to you Lynda. |

It sure does suck, but at least I no now. Now I get to drive George nuts for a DVD Drive Hee, Hee!

Rats I hate it when game makers do that. I wanted to get Sarah 'The Little'st Pet Shop' pc game but that also only came in a DVD version.  Typical of EA. |

You''re welcome Lynda. Hopefully you'll be able to get a dvd drive soon. Heck and whole new computer that has one on it already would even be better! That's the way it goes Pixx. As technology advances, they may decide to do away with cd's for the pc altogether. Who knows? I guess they figure that by now, everyone should have DVD drives on their computers. |
