I finally (5 years after I made Freud!!!) grew up my generation 3 Psychologists! ;D Top is my old signature, bottom is the same sims as adults, in the same order. Some of them I am so, so pleased with...others I'm glad I didn't grow to adult! L-R: Lucas, Melody, Leo, Olive, Violet, Elle, Alex L-R: Zoey, Isabella, Maya, Zara, Mihaly, Charlie, Max I think what amazed me most is that I thought Melody and Olive were clones, but now I see that Olive is pretty much Bandura. I'll do a comparison with the older generations when we get to the 8th, and Hypothesis' actual anniversary. *edit* I'm not sure why that bottom picture's blurry, I'm just going out to watch the fireworks (bonfire night), so I'll fix it later.

Aww look at them. Some of the boys weren't so fortunate, but that happens. I was playing Apple Valley uni yesterday (first integrated hood) and thinking what am I going to do with certain sims who I don't want breeding... I believe they will suddenly find the need to join a monastery! Melody and Olive do appear to have the same face, but true clones must be the same in hobby, zodiac and personality. Looks can just mean strong genes. Which reminds me, I still have that Fair Dinkum chapter sitting there. Must check it over and get it up. Even if I only have 2 or 3 readers left I know I'll feel better if I can finish some off these old challenges.

Melody's got the same features but a different face shape (Bandura's features, Shaun's face) and her mouth is so high I was tempted to tweak it down in bodyshop, while Olive is all Bandura. The thing is, their Dads (Piaget for Olive and Latane for Melody) are clones, so it'd figure really. Leo and Charlie were my biggest disappointments, I think. Leo looks so much like his Grandad Shaun, whose face is a bit...droopy; and Charlie is just all Lydia. Mind you, my game was broken by the time he was born, so I didn't get the chance to check that it even recognised Tommy as his father, knowing my luck he really is a Lydia clone! Isabella I'm pleased with though. I thought she was a Mehrissa clone, but she has the Lothario brows and Caliente chin (as does Lucas, as he and Issy are clones too)! ;D Zoey also got Marie's forehead and brows (thank goodness, Makoto's forehead glitches through everything!), so she still has a family resemblance. And Alex has got more Marla in him than I thought. The main thing is, Gen 3 and Zoe's nose is still there! Melody, Olive, Elle, and possibly Lucas and Issy all have it. ;D Strongest genes ever. Oh, I'd love to see more Fair Dinkum! You had so many kids in the main house, didn't you?

There is something like 12 sims, a cat and 2 servos in that house. I haven't opened or played any of my challenges in quite some time. To play the Wonglepongs I would need to remove a lot of my new mods. No way am I playing there with longer ages on. But yes there is a chapter just sitting there mostly done that I really should just get out. Once I have some more free time (that is once the school portfolios are done) I'm going to get on with that, and my LJ lots and Esme's list of sim details. All I want to do lately is just fire up my game and forget about other stuff that needs doing.

I seem to be doing everything but firing up my game at the moment! I've extracted all of my Psychologists, except one....Shaun. I cannot for the life of me find Shaun's hair in bodyshop. I know it came with uni, as he had blue hair as a dormie, but it's not in bodyshop and I can't find it on the internet. I'll probably just end up making it myself tomorrow.

Shaun's hair is a hair that won't show up in Bodyshop or CAS -- you can only get it with the mirror in-game. It's like Buttercup's hair in that regard, or my avatar's. There is a normal-colored version available in Bodyshop, though. EDIT: And it's awesome to see all the Psychologists all grown up!

Thanks Esme, I'll give him the black hair and say that anyone who wants to download him can give him blue hair in the mirror, then. I've always used custom blue hair for the other Psychs, so I never knew that about CAS and bodyshop. I've pulled my arm a bit at work today (reaching under a desk, silly me), so retexturing a custom blue hair just for Shaun feels like too much work this evening.

Oh gosh I did that with Fuzzy's hair a couple of years ago, even making a post on LJ to say my game was borked because I couldn't find it in CAS. Sneaky mirror hair! Ouch, hope your arm feels better tomorrow. Right now in game I am building a lighthouse...

Thanks Katie and Jo! Jo, do you know how many years your stories have been going? I bet the Mobacy must be nearing 6 or so now? I've been posting to Tumblr again, it's easier for me to link rather than hosting at photobucket and coping them over, hope that's ok: Post 1 Charlotte moves in Post 2 Gardening Post 3 Sunlamps at night Post 4 Engagement

Oh goodness, how long? I think 6 years would be correct. Now that the teachers visit is done and we are having a few days 'off' although we are having a BBQ this Saturday for Sarah's birthday last week and I'm going to help sort out her room, but maybe after that I'll have some more time? I'm going to see about getting that OWBC chapter up and start on something to tie up the lose ends in the Mobacy and post a 'final' chapter or two of that. After that I want it to be picspam only as I have neither the time or motivation to write and stage any more. I think I'll take a look at that OWBC chapter today, it's someplace in Word, either finished or 90% finished. You guys and Holley would like to see it I guess?

Definitely, I'd love to see your OWBC and Mobacy! ;D Picspam sounds like a good idea, the main reason I stopped with Hypothesis (other than the laptop) was that my last plot was going to be huge, with loads of staging, and I just don't have time for that anymore.

I finished playing my first Creation to Future rotation, and now I'm writing it up. I think it's going to end up being a little disjointed and not-quite-logical. I'm OK with that, I think, since I'm shooting for an 80's sitcom vibe, but I'm worried that it won't work for the readers.
