I have a little story to tell you before I tell you what I did when I got bored.
I had a Blogger named Outside the Box. What I designed this Blog to be was for my friends to share their thoughts, feelings, poems, and just be completely themselves without limits. The first few months the blog was going great and we even some friends you found my blog and decided to join along in the conversation. We made quite a few new friends and we all loved that. Luckily the noobies were respectful of my blog and didn't judge or procrastinate. Turned out they were also looking for people to listen to them and just give them a push in the right direction. My friend and I were more than glad giving them advice and a few smiles. When the second month of summer hit... I believe that would be July.... The Blog totally died. My friends said that every time they logged in, it would just kick them right out. I tried fixing it but every time I failed. I'm the only one that can log back in now and the thing is like a ghost of a memory and it makes me sad how it sort of died like that.
I hadn't stopped looking for an alternative for the Blog though. So I resulted in making a Forum from Proboards! I saw how this was so organized and just better. I had been working and exploring on my Forum all day and night yesterday and I managed it to look a like like this: whenforeverexists.proboards.com/index.cgi
I named it When Forever Exists because I'm sure we shouldn't have any more problems with it like we did with the Blog. The Admin is me, Megella Leigh (My Penn name. Leigh is my middle name and my favorite grandmother had been named Meghan, so I sorta twisted her name into Megella and placed my middle name in there). My friends this morning just had discovered it since I sent out a mass message about it on Facebook around midnight.
They are liking it right now, just popping in their nose. I used Desirable Discourses as an example when I had been setting up... But I still don't know how to make the Forum bigger so you're not squinting to read what people have to say >.< And I'm still trying to figure out how you got the cool "Admin" stickers underneath your name when you're like Admin or a staff member and what not. I have a lot to learn about it, but I can't wait for my friends to warm up to it and start posting like they had with my Blog
