The story of how I came to be here is a strange one, and one of which I am not proud. My loss of pride is not due to the reason for my presence, but because of the stupidity which left me stranded here!
I am Pollination Technician #9...or at least I was. For the past several years, I have been known as Smith. You see, once upon a time, it was my job to perform 'experiments' on humans brought to my home planet, but for some reason, it became impossible to capture any test subjects. In a fit of what I now look upon as insanity, I decided to make the trip to Earth myself and I ended up barely surviving a horrible crash landing, a landing of which I was the sole survivor.
Until recently, I chose to make myself appear as human as possible in order to not raise the humans' suspicions. I got a job at the science center and secretly began to work on a means of returning home.
Now that my work is nearly done and people are used to my presence among them, I have returned to my natural appearance, which I believe is much more attractive than trying to appear human!
Besides, my research is nearly finished and I truly believe that one day very soon, I will find my way home....and find a way to repair the 'abduction process' and that my old way of doing things will soon be restored to normal!
