Since it was after midnight by the time that second patch was done loading, I didn't get to try too much. Here's what I did: The Claw... Saving it as a memory:   There's a new pink buttun on the dashboard that lets you freeze any moment as a memory. You also get TONS of pop-ups asking to make pretty much anything that happens a memory. (Woo Hoo included) Hopscotch, dress up, and pillow fight: Imaginary friends:  Aparently, you have to get a toy randomly in the mail when a baby is born that turns into an imaginary friend, it's not available in Buy mode. Exciting. ;D I have to say though that the claw looks more like a nightmare to that kid then something playful. Kid looks terrified!

Too fun!!! There's so much I didn't realize came with the EP, cuz they don't give you a booklet anymore! LOVE that new wedding arch! I'm signing off and going to play!!!! Edit: I didn't actually go play until late (again) but I got some new pics: Treehouse:  Outer Space Treehouse (and a slip and slide - you can extend these if you have room)   Clubhouse Treehouse (there's one more type, a Prince & Princess one - no pics, though.) Treehouse play: UFO Treehouse options:  Explore other worlds   Instead of sliding down the pole of the old playground, in this UFO house, you beam down.  When you click on the school, you can sign kids up for after school activities:  I signed her up for Ballet, but didn't play long enough to see how it works. Created a family in CAS, gave them a toddler, and found an imaginary friend in her inventory! Squee! FINALLY something for Toddlers to do!!! The new park that comes with GEN: Grown ups play on the slip and slide, too Sandbox Toddlers can't play, but children can build things, bury things, and one more option I can't remember. There's also a bigger, rectangle-shaped one.  This may be something that was always there, but when I had the daughter tell her mother a ghost story, the walked outside and did this:  She held a flashlight up to her face while she told it. I made a new family in CAS and got them engaged, so stay turned for pics of bachellor/bachelorette parties! |

Loving all those new toys, especially that boat ride on for toddlers, very cool. The tree house looks a bit scary, like that imaginary doll. More a friend to give your kid nightmares I think!
Does the chemistry set do anything? Apart from playing with it and blowing up that is. Can they make potions that do things?
One day... if I ever get a new top of the line gaming computer.

Wow, these do make me want to get TS3!  I love the pram (stroller for those of you not in the UK) and the imaginary friend, and the treehouse and the slide too, oh and the chemistry set. Darn it, this looks like my kind of EP, I'd love all this stuff... |

NY, that was great! I was dying to find out if the friend would turn real or stay doll-like! The chemistry set can be used to turn your imaginary friend real, and you can fall in love and marry them. They grow up with the child. I'm glad to see the "turn real" really DOES turn them real!
There's a ton of things you can do with the chemistry set - to yourself, to others...tons!
The ghost stories - I missed those when I took my shot - I was following her brother in the treehouse & got back to her when she was finished, so I didn't see the cool flashlight pics! I knew there was something to that!

Did the Bachelor & bachelorette parties, but don't have time to post pics yet. A "Dancer" comes to the party with a boom box, sets up and dances for awhile (no stripping! Lol!) then they hang out at the party when they're done.
My guy got a cheerleader-dancer, and my girl got a shirtless cowboy. Lucky girl! You have the option to spray other sims with fizzy nectar, which everyone seems to love. Also, the bride/groom get the opportunity to ask another sim to make a toast for them. Other than that, it's pretty much a regular party, unless I missed stuff.
