Hey, and that's not counting the ones that are in the saved sims folder. There's even pets in the downloads folder and I don't think they work there. They have to be in the pet breeds folder I think.

It's ME!!!! I'm the sim-saver! I can't help myself! I see one with cool hair, or cool clothes, or a nice face, and I must have it!!! I told Tina earlier that I needed a 12 step program to cure my addiction! 273, huh? I would've guessed 100 & thought THAT was obnoxious! Sorry, Tina! If I hit the Mega Millions lottery tonight, I'll buy you a nice alienware laptop. For now, I'll just exhault you! Yeah I downloade for the hair and clothes but then I delete them in CAS. That does take them out of saved sims doesn't it..?..,I hope  Crap! I tried to quote you and modifyed instead... |

Jill... and I'm not even done sorting yet! See my above post. You even had pets in there for some reason. No wonder your saved sims folder didn't have too much. It was all in your downloads folder. Right now the folder I've stuck them in is 50mb.

That's what clean installer is for. If you open the package with that, you never have to put the sim in your game at all. Just take the hair or clothes you wanted.  |

The stuff from the exchange just goes where it goes. That's the only place I ever got pets from. I just double click & the game installs them itself. I just figured it all went where it was supposed to!
I usually take a day & fix body shop by putting the hair & clothes I liked on the sim I downloaded for the face, then delete the 3 sims I used to make the one.

I vow to download clean installer and follow Tina's tutorial for all future downloads. *places hand solemly over heart* I have her trailer park & the Duvalls on my desk top, patiently waiting for the folders to come home.

i never think of it for installing unless it's a lot, because then I am too scared of picking up another hack. For those dark blue files like off the exchange I just normaly open and yep all into my download folder

I use clean installer to install everything! I"ve put too much work into my organized downloads folder to let stuff I don't want/need/already have in there. |

lol... I tend to get a bit obsessed with stuff like this. You should have seen me when I was categorizing all my hair and then my jewelry to actually act as jewelry after Bon Voyage was released! |
