Hi! Daijahv invited me to join DD, so... here I am! ;D

I love to read and write stories both in English and Spanish (my first-language is Spanish, but I've been told I have a good English). Recently I've started a story called The Salon which centers around three sisters that have to run their mother's beauty salon and the sisters' lives, relationships... Anyways, I'm doing it with The Sims 3 pictures, so I take double time in posting a new chapter -writing + picture taking time-, but in the end I think it's worth all the effort. I consider myself as a fun, sweet, friendly girl so hopefully I'll make some new friends in the community

If you can post a link to your stories in our Sims 3 story section, we'll all be able to read it and chat about it - that's one of the things that makes it so fun! Take a peek at some of the other story threads and see how it's done, and that'll give you an idea of how we have WAY too much fun talking about stories!

We also have an alert thread where we all post a note to let everyone know when we have a new chapter out there, right on the main board. It's the best way to get your story seen.

Besides stories, we try and do fun things like the current Maxis Make-over contest, or sometimes building contests, and anything else that catches our fancy.

We like to chat about everything under the sun in the coffee house thread, so feel free to pop in there and chime in on just about anything. No post is too old to reply on, so don't worry about that.

I hope you enjoy it here, and think of it like a second home, as most of us do! I'm looking forward to reading your story, and hope to see you posting around soon!

As Jilly said, it is best to start a new thread on our story board in which to post the link to your story. If you have a story thread (be sure to make the subject line the title of your story), it will be less likely to be missed.
