That is one BIG house It looks really nice. I only have up to AMB, so I can't get it
I haven't tried to build anything from the ground up in TS3 yet. I always just modify something exsisting.

Same here, Holley, except of course the 'park' I built for the Homeless Simselves Challenge. Of course the only structure on it is the restrooms.
