I can't believe Tamlyn! I don't think Devon is going to stand for much more, and I'm certain he must be rethinking marrying her now, seeing what his life would be like. (if not, I'm fully prepared to storm the church and object.)
And Devon's missing dreads - I wonder if she had a hand in that, too?
On a lighter note, is it just me, or does anyone else think it's adorable that Leigh and Devon have the same nose? |

Sorry Qui, but that's Tamsyn for you She's an ambitious girl, and she saw an opportunity, and she'll very well take it. Leigh is her early retirement ticket, but she could have tried and not be so obvious about it. Jill, you know what they say, love is blind. We'll see in the next prompt how things unfold. I was planning on taking shots for that prompt until I ran into problems with my site. Now I have to sort that out first *pulls hair* No, Tamsyn didn't have anything to do with the dreads. She doesn't have that much influence in his life. Dev is going through some changes, and chopping his hair is sort of symbolic, like letting go of things from his past that don't serve well him anymore *hint, hint* I did that once too, bad relationship and I chopped my hair. Went completely bald, and funny thing is, I met DH exactly a year after that My mom thought I was insane for cutting my hair, my friends thought it was a fashion statement, but I was redefining myself, making changes, getting rid of toxic stuff, including bad boyfriend. I was only 20! Now I know better, I just spring clean without taking scissors to my head. Hope it makes sense. Maybe not... Yes, on a lighter note, I was just thinking that today when I was uploading the pictures. I like their nose, funny enough, esp on Dev. |

LOVE the hint! lol!
I've cut my hair more than once, because every guy I was ever with went on about how they loved long hair. It was kind of , "Yeah, I'm taking myself out of this mess, and see this hair? I'm taking it, too!" lol!
It sounds snarky, but keeping it longer was something I did for them. The haircut was something I did for me. But I never went bald - I don't have the head for it. Too bumpy & odd shaped.
The noses - I thought it was a sweet, subtle thing that ties them together.

I saw that Karima, and it made a whole lot of sense. Qui,  I don't know...I don't know my own characters sometimes, they completely surprise me. Like Tamsyn...But it's like you said...she took it too well. Perhaps too well |

I've caught up Val!
Love the characters, the involvement of the vampires and of Leigh looking just like Laura. It's all so interesting and there's so many great characters involved. I agree with Qui, I like Devon too, he's a good guy, and did the right thing with Tamsin. She was being so unjustly mean to Leigh!
Can't wait for more of this, and sorry it's taken me so long to catch up.

~She got through the signing of the contract un-scathed,but slightly un-settled? ~ I wonder what caused that,seeing as she was saying he was being polite,rather than scary or threatening!  ~ Love it,it is intriguing,& I love the way it slowly opens up & reveals more,with each CH!
