Finally! I had time to read this! "Storm only had to look at her and she’d fall pregnant!" LOL!
WOW! Scary things coming out of Kendra's mouth. Sometimes when people fixate on something they want, but can't have, they do stupid, DANGEROUS things. I hope it's just her nerves getting in the way of reproduction.
Storm's "far away eyes" better just be from his concern that his father's secrets will come out.
I also hope he realizes, and soon, he's missing his son's life. Just like his father missed his. Off to read the next chapter! |

For once Storm is not in the wrong though; he's not intentionally being evasive and secretive, it's part of his job and Victoria knew about his job before they got hitched. Comment for chapter four: “Because we’ll still have each other, no matter what the results say!” What an awesome thing to say. I ♥ Dean! Poor Kendra. It must be devistating for her. I hope she realizes how lucky she is for having Dean and realize they are other methods they can take. Just because she can't conceive "naturally" doesn't mean they can't have a baby. Of course there's always the chance the receptionist switched the records  Oh! Alfie is the Ex. Stupid woman leaving her digitag laying around. I wonder if one of the files Alfie saved was about a certain Sr. Chase...hmm? Run Charisse! Run away from that bad boy who will only break your heart! He's no good for you!!! |

I hope Dean throws Kendra over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes, puts her back in her room & locks the door until she sobers up! There's no way he should let her drive like that, especially after what happened to his mother!
What a fight! Poor Charrise spent that week taking care of Kendra, and this is the thanks she gets? Kendra is going to lose her man AND her friends if she doesn't get her head on straight!
And Victoria! I can't believe after everything they've been thru that she'd mistrust Storm like that! I sure hope she gets herself right and gives Storm the support he needs! She knew what his job was when she married him - she had to accept the secrets that came with that, too! Who knows - if she was supportive of Storm, their whole relationship could get even better & maybe he'd share the info about his father's not-so-private life with her!
Great chapter, ladies! What drama!

No problem Jo, I know what you mean about catching up on stories. I still have so many I need tot go through and some comments on blogger I still have to reply to  Thanks for reading and this was a challenging chapter for us. Lots of mistakes, lots of takes and lots of correction. We posted this very late last night so if there's any more mistakes now you'll know why. Jill, thanks for reading and re-reading. I bet you are sick of this chapter now, after seeing it so many times There's no way Dean would let Kendra leave...but.....
Kendra's really in a bad place right now and her behaviour is not meant to be malicious or anything like that. It's a cry for help and I can only hope Dean will pay attention to this plea, especially after he's seen how erratic and volatile she is at the moment. Charisse was just an innocent by-stander caught in the cross fire. Hopefully if and when Kendra sobers up she'll make amends with Charisse.
As much as Victoria and Storm love each other very much, there's a lot of history between them, some of which can't be ignored or forgotten and Storm being "purposefully" evasive isn't helping matters. You can't support someone fully if you don't know what they're going through and Toria doesn't know what Storm's going through. It's complicated, messy and ... |

Oh no!  Argh! I had almost forgot how insecure and stupid Toria could be. She needs to trust her smexy husband and realize he's just working on something important. But of course she has to make it all about her. Poor Kendra  Don't get me wrong, i'm not excusing her behavior. She just feels so lost I think. I hope she realizes Dean loves her before she does something stupid, like drinking and driving! |

She's genuinely worried about her marriage and Storm's secretive behaviour, which usually spelt trouble for them in the past, is getting to her. You're right though, she needs to trust him. But then again, trust goes both ways. And I'm glad you like the pics for the next update Karima, but like I said, these were so much fun to take. For once no problems with FRAPS, posesboxes or the characters  |
