Star Sign Compatibility Chart

I've made some S3 sims using the old S2 zodiac compatability chart, and have fond it doesn't always work. I found a new listing, specifically for S3.

Each star sign has six compatible signs. Sims with compatible star signs will find it easier to advance romantically. Don’t worry if your Sims don’t have compatible signs, they can still advance romantically and even marry most times. The game, however, sometimes throws a wrench into the works and makes a pair of star signs somewhat incompatible. These Sims will still have access to all the relevant romantic interactions, but in testing I was not able to marry a pair off – the propose marriage option was there, but more times than not, the Sim who was asked simply broke into laughter before saying no. This incompatibility seems to be random from game to game and is not determined by traits (all my test subjects were identical except for where they fell in the Zodiac).

Are there any signs that AREN'T compatible or cause relationship difficulties?

I found this on the sims wiki.

This one says each sign is only compatable with 4 other signs instead of 6, (like shown above) and from what I understand, the incompatability comes in with the differences between air/fire signs and water/earth signs. See below:

Zodiac signs have returned in The Sims 3: Late Night and in Patch 17.

They have no effect on personality or lifestyle, but they do make it easier to have contact with people of certain Zodiac Signs. For example, a Pisces will be attracted to a Scorpio, Cancer, Capricorn and Taurus.

You can discover other people's signs by asking them in the romantic interactions section: "Ask sign". Also note that one of the options a Vampire has when reading a Sim's mind is that Sim's Sign. Sims may be repulsed by the Sim because they don't have compatible signs or the Sims may get along well because they have discovered that their signs are compatible. Zodiac signs are randomly chosen for sims who were made before Late Night.

Hmm. Interesting. I'll have to check this out. (: I make most of my sims either Aries, Capricorn, or Aquarious because those are the only ones I know anything about. Haha.
