Oh poo! We always have a happy holiday season whether I feel like scrooge or not! I'm not ever overly-thrilled about the commercialism, etc that surrounds the holidays. It's all about give me, give me, give me! Buy this, buy that! It seems no one even remembers what it's really all about anymore. Besides ... I HATE the crowds in the stores. You have all these clueless people not watching where they're going, bumping into you, and allowing their kids to run around like it's a playground or something. Like I said before ... bah, humbug! It's still too early for me to think about all that crap.

Started? I'm mostly finished! If you mean present buying. Just have to get the adults gifts which I do online. I do not like going around shops for those unless I know exactly what I want. Kids presents I buy in the big toy sales during the year.

Harley... you haven't been that good. Wow Jo... I want to be like you when I grow up! I used to do a bunch of my shopping pretty early to get a head start on it, but in the recent past few years, I just haven't gotten into that much. I was more excited about the whole Christmas thing when my kids were the ages of yours. The wonderment in their eyes enough to move you into action. *nostalgic sigh* Since they have gotten older, they are harder to buy for and the things they want cost WAY more! I don't know ... just not as into the whole thing as I used to be. It mostly seems like work to me anymore.

I have alot of mine done, but there's always more. I hate that they blow right over Thanksgiving now. There was Christmas music in the stores the day after Halloween! UGH!!! I'm asking Santa for more memory for my laptop so it can run my game!

No one starts celebrating as early as me! I celebrate Christmas in January (or at least try to ;D)
The local crafts store brought Christmas stuff out EARLY this year, it was before Halloween that I went there last.
