Help installing Nial's hair

I think you said the Mod folder Karima? Where do I find that? I know I have one, but I've forgotten where it is. I had a look inside the Electronic Arts folder and I can't see it.

--> HOW TO INSTALL:
--> Just put the ".sim" file from the download rar into the
"My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/SavedSims" folder.
--> The ".package" files must be installed correctly: Package files must be placed in your game directory "xxx/Sims 3/Mods/Packages" and the CC shows up correctly!

Yeah that's what I can't find, where is that? I already placed Nail in the saved sims folder, it's just his hair file which you gave seperatly. What does xxx mean? Is it under Documents/Electronic Arts or somewhere else?

P.S I do realize there is an update, I think now I finally have a good chance to read it!

~OK The xxx is your computer/mine is WindowsXP & they are all named differently or personalized,mine is like this:C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages
~ Do you have any CC,(I know I had Tina just about pulling her hair out, with trying to explain all this to me,SO I REMEMBER!)If you have CC you will have a Package folder in your Mods folder if you have no CC, it is very easy fixed, just make a new folder called/Packages (without the/) then place it into your 'Mods' folder, all CC goes in the packages folder, I even have sub folders in there(Packages) to sort my Hacks, Hair & such!

Yes i do have one as I had to make it for a hair a downloaded. Lol I just forgot where it is! Stupid difficult sims 3!

Mine is Vista just to make it more confusing. I'll look under C drive than. Thanks!

Just choose one of your characters and post 10 things about them. It's on LJ and I wasn't too sure if you really used your LJ to post anything on though.

See Tina did help me because first time I made that mod folder in the wrong place, so I have been in there before, it's just my marbles rattling around. Plus Vista doesn't help! Even my hubby doesn't like it and says he would much rather XP. he has 7 on his lap top and says that is better too.
Anyway it's good I did check in there as I could see three sim hairs with that diamond shape next to them, I double clicked and the instaler put them in.
