This is a pattern that I made. There's only the readme file as far as instructions go, but if you have AMB, it's very similar to tattoos. There's a layering scheme that you can choose to use, which I did on this one.
I started with a plain colored background as my bottom layer.
Next layer up, I added a squiggle design.
Above that, I layered hearts.
Finally (and it looks like you can't see it on the finished picture) I added some shiny dots as a top layer called a secular layer. This is optional, but I wanted to see what it looked like.
Each design you choose is applied one at a time as far as I can tell, and it shows up inside a white box when you place it.
To change the size of a design, for instance the heart I used here, or the squiggle behind it, you just click on a corner of the box and drag. (you can also rotate a design, which I did with the squiggles)
I copied a picture of a cowplant badge from the sim store into "My Pictures", and from there, I was able to put it into the tool. Here's the PJ's I made from the pattern:
I wasn't able to find the patterns I made to put them in my game, but with the cowplant, I exported to the EX, then I downloaded it into my game from there. I'll have to go get the others.
